Very clear instructions from the host. I even received a phone call to run through everything, including the keys

A nice, comfortable warm bungalow with good facilities in a very quiet area and within a healthy walking distance into town.
The welcome pack was a nice surprise.
A few small issues re: cleanliness in kitchen.
The exterior of garage needs a makeover as it gives the wrong impression of the property (different to the photo), but this did not affect my stay.

Mayfield Drive is a quiet residential part of Cromer quite close to its centre and the beach.
The early part of April risks cold weather in Cromer. It was for us throughout our holiday period: 4-8th April.

Nice and well maintained property within a short walk to centre of Cromer. Quiet location and has a drive to park your vehicle on side of cottage. Clean and had good facilities within cottage.
