Very poor facility which spoils the name of park residency by mistake we booked instead of kakkanad park residency

There’s nothing I liked about that place except it’s proximity to the indoor stadium where I had to attend a function

Well after I did my Booking via Booking.com and then calling and confirming,I get a call from the Hotel asking me look for a different room ( without AC for the same price or a Suite room for an extra INR 1000/- per day ) The reason they accidentally issued my room to someone else after my booking. Initially the staff was very rude but after I had to make a couple of calls telling that I will report it etc .They get back telling that they will provide a room . After I vacated they call ne again and says I have to pay for another day ( after a lot of confusion and similar calls they said it was a mistake . The AC wasn’t working and the water was dripping all over

the Room was good.

toilet was not great NO toilet paper, No drinking water in the room. After requesting it was provided. Health faucet was not good.

Service is very bad and staffs are very unprofessional and unwelcoming and very rude Facilities are very minimal VICINITY OF THE AREA IS ALSO NOT PROPER NO CLEANING DONE JUST REARRANGED LINEN AND EVERYWHERE THERE WAS JUST THE SMELL OF CIGRETTES AND ALCOHOL NO OFFERING OF FOOD AT LEAST ON PAYMENT IN SHORT HOTEL START ARE NOT AT ALL COMFORTABLE IN WELCOMING PEOPLE DIDNT EVEN ORIENTED ME WITH THE PLACE JUST GAVE THE KEY IN HAND AND ASK TO GO THIS SHOWS THEU DONT CARE IN SHORT NOT A GOOD TO STAY

Big bathroom and have a cupboard and table.good lighting

Not very clean room, didnt provide extra bed or door mat.Very smoky smell inside the room. Not good for family as the rooms are near to a bar and we get cigarette & liquor smell across the hall & rooms.

Some staff behaviour, Not really cleaned rooms, Some bacterias found at room, A/C not much expected cool, windows cannot be locked, 0 star for bathroom
