Nice property, with garden and swimming pool. Building and breakfast place are very typical and nice
We had 64 steps to climb to reach our room. No complain about it but better to be healthy

Great Breakfast. Very nice place to stay. Green lawns, nice restaurants within the premises.
It is in the middle of a very busy part of Jaipur. Though the compound itself is green and beautiful stepping out of the hotel for a walk was a bit of a challenge.

Evocative heritage hotel; very comfortable and clean; great swimming pool; peaceful with lots of greenery; friendly staff
Slightly out of the way, too far to reach by foot

Stunning building and interior furnishings. Attentive staff and good restaurant.
The first night spent there was a sleepless one as we were in a room with the main hot water boiler above us. It continually clicked on and off all night. We were swiftly moved to another room in the morning when we raised the issue.

Beautiful premises, with a large garden and peacocks, just off the bustling streets of Jaipur. The facades are beautiful; staff is kind.
The rooms definitely need to be renovated and upgraded to India’s current standards of hotels in this category. Check out was messy, with restaurant bills added to our check that were wrongly assigned to our rooms. The reception was unable to print or send us an updated bill.

The gardens, the peacocks everywhere, the restaurants especially Bar Palladio with excellent Italian food
The constant noise around the swimming pool due to the construction of a new building in the hotel.
The bathroom is very outdated, looks like a two-star hotel in India …
The mattress was so so hard :(

grand building and spacious
very dirty . gardens not looked after . staff very unfriendly and inefficient . facilities like something from the 1970s. very old shabby bathroom , poor toiletries , muddy pathways , unhelpful unsmiling staff . totally over priced . it is living off it’s faded grandeur but really I would have rather given my money to charity and stayed in a hostel .

It is a beautiful heritage hotel, with lots of quite areas to relax during the day when it is hot. A very special hotel. The room we had was a huge size with a lounge and desk area with a separate luggage room, and our our veranda which led onto our own little garden. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
The plumbing in the room could have been a bit better. The hot water has to run for 10 minutes before it turns hot and the toilet often got blocked up. But all the charms of staying in an older hotel with character.

The room was very large. The staff was very helpful and the pool/massage services were also good.
The bedding still felt a little bit damp when I arrived.

Staff needs to be trained. They continued dusting the windows, sweeping the floor when we were walking. The dust was all in the air.
