Second story condo with one bedroom and spacious loft, full kitchen, 2 full baths with1/2 bath, living room with large lani overlooking Fazio 18th hole, split system AC and washer/dryer. Rate is based on 2 to 6 guests. This condo sits in an excellent location, closest to Turtle Bay Resort and Beautiful Beaches. View from the large lani over looks the 18th hole of the Fazio Golf Course. There are two swimming pools within Kuilima to choose from. The nearest pool is no more than a 2 minute walk from our condo. For swimming, snorkeling or just hanging at the beach a short walk from the condo will take you to Turtle Bay. A short walk to the north of Turtle Bay will take you to the secluded Keiki (Baby) Beach. To the South of Turtle Bay is beautiful Kawela Bay, access either by a 20 minute walk which takes you past Turtle Bay stables and along the coast line or a 5 minute drive by car. These beaches also offer miles of deserted beaches and hiking trails. The recently renovated, Turtle Bay Resort, is a short walk from our condo. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and full bath/shower. The large loft has 2 queen size beds and a half bath. Main floor has a full bath/tub. The open kitchen is adjacent to the living room which opens out to the large lanai. The lanai looks directly out to the beautiful Fazio golf course and the 18th hole. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is also a kitchenette in the Master Bedroom. All linens, bath towels and beach towels provided. You also have access to two beautiful pools/ BBQ area/ You also have access to tennis courts and pavilion. A Pickle Court has recently be added.

First off, I need to recognize Wendy the property manager, her communication and support was on point!
A couple things I didn’t love about this property. First, being “on the beach“ was important to us. It was how we did the search and I confirmed in the property description that it was listed on the water. The description stated that it is a close 5 minute walk to the beach, but the reality is it’s closer to a 10 minute walk, almost a mile.
That was a let down.
Realistically speaking, the condo needs a good $25K in renovations and a refresh. Paint peeling everywhere, water leaks behind the toilet and under the sink, towel racks ripped off the wall, old and worn furniture, etc.
The price was good, but we probably wouldn’t have stayed there if we realized how old and dated it was.
It is a good location that is central to the north side of the island, but we wish we knew the proximity to the beach and the quality of condition.

This condo was very close to the very expensive Turtle Bay resort but staying here instead was perfect! The pool was fantastic and the beaches are close!

Condo was perfect for our family vacation. With our pre-teen and teen we had plenty of space to relax when not checking out the island. Having a kitchen and washer/dryer was awesome. We love to stay on the north shore as it’s much quieter and more relaxed. Instructions to condo and all information provided was super helpful.

We enjoyed having a bit of extra space for our first time to Oahu. The property was a pleasant, short walk to Turtle Bay resort where we could snorkel or take surf lessons. The property itself was well equipped with towels and the kitchen had everything we needed! I definitely will stay here again!

The condo was comfortable and clean and served us well for 4 people. Nice view of the golf course and proximity to Turtle Bay beach and the amenities at the resort.

Perfect place to visit the awesome north shore of Oahu

Loved this location and it's proximity to all our North Shore activities. House was very clean and we felt very safe in this little community. The only drawbacks we came across, but not worth losing a star, was the lack of a cookie sheet so we had to get creative with cooking some meals, and the island counter was rampant with tiny little ants so we had to make sure all food items were in the pantry or fridge. Oddly, we didn't find the ants anywhere else in the condo.

For those with bad knees, or out of shape, this condo has stairs. Otherwise this is a great place for you. Noce location and i felt safe here. Thank you!

This is a great property that is really close (about 10 minutes walk) from the main Turtle Bay hotel and the beach. It is also about a 15 minute drive from Waimea Valley or Pupukea. There is guest parking as well, which is nice. The AC does make the house really cool and helps to have ceiling fans.
Downside was that our family found 3-5 roaches (dead and alive) during our stay. A few of the large ones were crawling on the living room walls. The water pressure for the showers are also a bit low. Overall though, great place to stay.

We arrived at midnight and followed the instructions to check-in. My grand kids called the property the ‘condo’ and immediately felt at home. The location was close to the resort beach and beach chairs in the condo was a plus. Loved the full kitchen and the washer/dryer. Two and a half bathrooms was perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids. The A/C was excellent and cooled the whole condo. We would stay here again.

We enjoyed the property, it had extras and we left some beach activity extras as well for the next guest. The cleaning process was easy, however we wanted to make sure to wash towels, and clean up so the housekeeping did not have much to do. The only thing that might have been helpful is information to the closest grocery store, closest restaurants, food trucks, and nearby activities. Otherwise check-in and check-out were very easy . We would absolutely stay again! Thank you

Would highly recommend this condo. Great location and the host provided everything we needed to make our stay great. One thing you should know is the condo guests are not allowed to use the resort pool but the condo is located close to a community pool.

Great location and property for our family of 5. Short walk to amazing turtle bay beaches and short drive to others. The condo was well stocked for our cooking and beach needs. There were towels, beach chairs, umbrella, and sand toys. AC units in rooms to keep cool and a little lanai with a couch for bird watching or book reading. Our property manager was very responsive. Great place to stay for a relaxing family vacation!

Great location with fine dining and luxury resort nearby to enjoy. Beautiful beach very close by so easy to enjoy. Unit had everything needed to stay in and cook if desired. Directions to unit were inaccurate so took a while to find but once there everything was fantasic. Thanks for a great experience!

Great stay! Will be back. Please just check on the drip coffee pot. There seemed to be rust where the pot sits so we did not use it.

Second story condo offers great views of the Turtle Bay Golf course, easy parking, great floor plan. The upstairs loft is roomy and the beds are so comfortable. They had a few spices for cooking and ice in the freezer for drinks. We were able to use some of the beach chairs.

I read other reviews prior to booking. They were all very accurate! From booking to checking out, everything was seamless. Adrienne was a wonderful host and made sure everything was clean and ready for us. She was also very responsive when I text. The beach and many activities were within a short five minutes walk. Overall, we couldn't have had a better experience and it began with our VRBO property! Thank you!
