It was all about location

Location, comfy beds, spacious rooms, little terrace

Rooms had bit of a smell. No bike rentals or any referral

Great value for money and wonderful staff and owners

The rooms are fantastic, comfy bed, great bathroom and lounge seats. Great walking distance to different food places. Every staff member we interacted with were super helpful and genuinely kind.

very clean, had all the things you need for a short break away.

if I was to be picky. no elevator and the bath room was very slippery when showering.

Clean, big rooms, and comfy recliner chairs

Super clean, nice big room, friendly staff, easy parking, air conditioning, lazy boy chairs!

Beds would have been more comfy if electric blankets weren’t on them (even though it was Summer). We could feel the wires. Also shower pressure wasn’t awesome.

Top Level and Modern Motel, Awesome will Stay again.

Prefect, Excellent, Top Level Motel, Outside and inside feel very new and modern. The rooms, Kitchen, Bedrooms, Bathroom, Carpet everywhere very clean. The bed is amazingly and very comfortable, not too sofa and not too firm. The bedroom a good temperature and very quiet, I can sleep better than my home, Check in easy and friendly staff. nice vending machine in the reception. Great Location. value for money, Highly recommend for everyone.

Fantastic base in Hamilton. 4* hotel feel. Lovely quiet, spacious room and great facilities.

Top notch motel. Lovely spacious comfortable room and amazingly comfortable bed! Spotlessly clean. We loved the reclining armchairs! Best motel by far on our 5 week stay in NZ! Oh and fantastic host- friendly and welcoming.

Fantastic AAAA++++++

Everything. The rooms are spotless clean and well appointed. The colour scheme is fresh and inviting. Everything works as it should and is well maintained. The hosts Maree and Grant are fantastic. They make you feel at home and will do their utmost to make your stay your best experience. On our first night we required an extra bed without notice and Grant had a bed fresh linen and directions on how to correctly make the bed after my daughter volunteered to make it herself. This is an example of going the extra mile and there was no sign of annoyance for the inconvenience. The next day we realised we had left a ticket at home which needed to be printed. Grant just said send me an email and it’ll be ready next time you come down- just awesome ! They also have a very efficient team of cleaners that are very friendly and seem to enjoy their team environment. Once again the facilities are spotless. My 10 year old daughter said Dad I didn’t see 1 bug in any of the rooms! I’ll definitely be returning in the future once again, Thanks Maree and Grant.

Comfortable bed. Good arrangement made for late arrival. Smart TV programmable to my preferences. Good shower

No lift, had to carry my luggage up two flights of stairs. Limited storage space in bathroom.

I'll are back! Staff were friendly and the rooms particularly the spa tub were great.

Loved the cleanliness of the room, the space and the little details ie. makeup cloth/wipes and cookies with the coffee. The lazboy chairs were a lovely touch also. The spa tub was awesome!

The bed. When travelling solo, the connectable twin beds are never comfortable but, nothing a good topper couldn't remedy. The bed in my room was super firm and you could feel where the two mattresses connected so not the best.
