Accommodation was.okay for price paid. Like the cabaret on the 5th floor The front room of the corner suite Breakfast room was clean and comfortable

Fridge was empty No iron provided automatically and you have yo ask for it. Them the iron provided on Monday morning was removed on Wednesday without even asking us even though we were staying for a full week. Sofa-bed in front room have dirty spots and we had to request for it to be cleaned again. Breakfast was exactly same thing everyday - Sausage Fries Boiled eggs Some sort of tomato sauce Hard rolls 3 same types of cold meats Cucumber Tomatoes Coffee and tea Even though we stayed in a corner suite (room with separate front room) we were told only one person can use the WiFi at a time.

The suite was amazing with all the facilities and automatic luxuries. The rooftop view was great at night and the staff was awesome. Kenan was SO helpful with communication with the language barrier

For it to be a presidential suite it was rather ragged. Shower head was lose, carpets had tons of stains, table broken,etc. Just needs a redo

the property was amazing. would definitely recommend the presidential suite to anyone was a great place to stay. Murat helped make our experience phenomenal by setting up the room for my boyfriends birthday which was awesome.

they had just painted the closet and there was a slight smell that I didn’t much care for. the rainfall shower head needs to be reattached to the ceiling properly also.
