Séjour agréable

Chambre spacieuse et hôte accueillant. Bon emplacement, et possibilité de booker un transport directement à l’auberge. Clim et eau chaude.

Pas de fenêtres, manque de rangements, taches sur les murs qui pourraient être nettoyées, lit trop dur.

Fine for a night or two

Location was great. Aircon worked very well.

Fridge didn't work, tv screen broken so played sound but no picture, very flat pillows, leaky toilet hose. Fine for 2 nights but a grim enough room. There were always tuk tuk drivers right outside whenever you left the hotel. No facilities like kettle etc.

Rien. C’est peut être proche du centre mais ça n’en vaut clairement pas la peine

Fuyez cet endroit atroce. A notre arrivée, ils n’avaient pas l’air d’être au courant de notre venue bien que nous ayons réservé 1 semaine avant. Ils nous expliquent ensuite que la chambre que nous avons réservée n’est pas disponible mais qu’ils nous changeront de chambre le lendemain. Une fois dans la chambre, c’est tout simplement infâme. Des cafards qui pullulent, ils sortent de la douche, plusieurs sur la cuvette, et il y a des fissures aux murs d’où ils sortent et entrent par dizaine. Il y avait des cheveux sur l’oreiller et encore des poils d’un précédent occupant dans le lavabo. Il y a une odeur de moisi et pourri dans la chambre. Nous sommes arrivés très tard, à minuit 30 donc nous n’avions pas d’autres alternatives. Mais le lendemain nous avons demandé à quitter les lieux et à être remboursés des 2 nuits suivantes que nous avions prévues. Le responsable a refusé.

Simple Guest house, but reached my expectations

Fast check in. Everything as expected for both room and hotel (basic hotel).

To be bothered by tuk tuk driver all the time in front of the hotel

Fantastic guesthouse, great value for downtown Phnom Penh

Great value for money!

Very central location with many bars and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable and great value for money.

Second stay at this property whilst in Cambodia - great value to quality ratio and the owner is a really nice guy very helpful

the second room we stayed in was a bit worn out and in disrepair - I really think a bit of maintenance would make a huge difference at this property

Superb

The location is perfect. We booked a deluxe double room but got upgraded on arrival to more of a family room. 2 double beds and loads of space. Hot shower, good AC, and good Wi-Fi. The host is so lovely and helpful. Always greets you with a smile when you pass by. Special shout-out to Eat, a tuk tuk driver who sits outside. He brought us to the killing fields and S21 prison for a reasonable price.

Basic but budget friendly accomodation with an awesome host

This place is awesome! It is a very basic guesthouse but the room had everything I needed for a short stay in Phnom Penh: a comfortable bed, AC, and a private bathroom. It is centrally located, within walking distance from the river promenade, with lots of shops, restaurants, and bars around. The bonus is the owner: he was super nice and friendly. Always greeted me with a smile and checked if everything was ok. I would stay here again. Recommended place!

Good stay

Location and cleanliness of the room was good! We booked a room without a window but it was fine for one/two nights.

The lights of the room went down but the hostel staff quickly resolved the situation.

Superb

We booked the double bed room with no window and we had exactly what we need. It was essential, clean and comfy. The best part is the location, since it is right in the heart of Phnom Penh, where you are surrended by locals and amazing place to eat and drink, plus the central market is just 8 to 10 minutes walking distance. A huge thanks to the host, Kim, who is a kind, smiley and helpful person all the time, fluent in English so very easy to communicate with him. We'r gonna be back in Phom with friends and we will definitely book again with him! Highy recommendended! Thanks a lot, been a pleasure to support local buisnesses like this.

Disappointing

The staff is friendly

We where traveling before in many Hotels over southeastasia, and this is the worst. The room was very dirty. We had view bugs in the room. There where also on the bed. The walls, the floor are dirty, the bathroom was dirty. We had to reach into the water in the cistern to flush because the cover with the flush button was missing. For a hotel in a city, it is really bad. If it where somewhere on a little island in the jungle i understand. An we slept in this huts in the jungle - it was cleaner.

Great place to stay

Quiet and clean property, great location for the town centre and the Riverside. The owner was lovely and very helpful.

There was quite a few tuk tuk drivers sat waiting downstairs and all jumped on you (not literally) when you walked outside to see if you wanted a ride anywhere, it was a little intimidating.

Good size room, Aircon ,shower wifi

Staff not very helpful everything you ask for is a big , NO asked for extra pillow,water,move to lower floor NoNoNo. Was about to book another week but because of bad service went else where .And never once in the week we stayed did they clean the room.

Great budget friendly option in the centre of town!

The Hotel was clean and close to town with lots of food right outside. Very friendly owner and Toiletries were provided. AC worked well and there was plenty of hot water.

Our room was on the third floor and with no lift, steep stairs and heavy luggage it wasn't ideal. The room has no window (as advertised) but there was no ventilation for the bathroom so the room felt a bit stuffy. The lighting in the room wasn't great in the evening as they were very bright with no small lamps or dimmer options. Unfortunately even though advertised on the building, they do not take card payments and the cash change we were given consisted of a ripped $20 which wasn't accepted anywhere in town. It may have been a genuine mistake, but make sure you check your notes just incase.

Will pressure you to book tours/ taxi with them

Slept well here and wasn't really noisy considering the area. Walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and convenience stores. Free little bottles of water upon arrival.

At check in, the guy was trying to be sell us tours. After saying we weren't sure and just wanted to rest after a long journey we felt very pressured by the staff to book with them. It was uncomfortable walking in and out of the hotel after that since we were asked "what we were doing" and "where we were going" every time! They seemed to be annoyed with us after that and we felt like we had done something wrong - just because we didn't want to pay the price of their tours and wanted to do our own thing!

Exceptional

Best owner, really friendly and we had nice chats with him. Room was big and bed was nice. Location perfect in the center of PP.

Great property run by a lovely family! Great sleep here!

Very clean property, lovely big bed, amazing air con, nice warm shower with soap and toilet roll provided. Location was perfect, really close to river and night market. we had a room with no window, and I had my best sleep in the last 6 months of travelling, so if you need a good sleep after lots of long buses go for no window haha! The staff were so friendly, very nice family!

Only downside was the wifi wasn’t very strong from my room and my data wouldn’t really work, not sure if that’s cause the walls are so thick?? 😂🙈

the location

the rooms they are not clean. they don’t change the sheets from the bed after a guest left. bathrooms are dirty. broken furniture and dooors

Great location, Spacious bedroom

Location was great. There was a supermarket nearby and ATM machines were available at a walking distance. The receptionist was helpful and arranged our bus trip to Siem Reap. The bedroom was big.

The room and bed looked old and unclean. The pillows were too thin.

Very good

BE CAREFUL: There are bugs that might kill you, I survived, was very sick and thought i am going to die but other guy 3 months ago wasn't that lucky. None will tell you about it and i wish someone told me about it. If you are lucky to get room without bugs that's good but if you are unlucky you will get room with bugs and then you running the risk being sting by it. Very nice place to stay, cheap and friendly staff.

the rooms were old but clean

-ac was not cold maybe because i got a big room -the locals their kept staring like i was an alien -they didn't let me keep my room key which was very unusual -very small ramp for motorbike to go up and down
