Level of cleaness , and care of instructors

Nicely decorated interiors, location right on the slops, excellent ski room and its staff, nice and polite (although seemingly unexperienced) young staff in the restaurants

Didn't like : 1) FRONT DESK- assigned "superior" room with two 50cm2 portholes instead of windows and with the view of kitchen exhaust chimney (booked and fully prepaid the room three months in advance). Complimentary bottle of champagne from management didn't cut it. 2) RESTAURANTS -chaotic service at breakfast ; tables left with dirty plates etc so no place to sit down; waiting for a cup of coffee for 15 mins, asking three times and then chasing waiter across the room to get that cup of coffee; asking for a draft beer at lunch and getting "panache" (beer+Sprite) instead (!) only 15 mins later, then waiting for a beer again ; 3) HOUSEKEEPING -"fresh towels" covered with DRIED VOMIT in the bathroom and not a word of apology from the management; rubbish bins left full after "night service" ; water leaking from the shower and on bathroom floor reported to housekeeping and ignored; used free soft drinks in minibar never replaced again 4)ACCOUNTING - lunch food included in the final bill despite having paid half-pension... etc, etc...
