The location was the best thing about the apartment. Its close proximity to the beach and the train station definetely made the stay more enjoyable.

I booked this particular apartment based on the availability of a garden, hoping to spend the majority of the time on fresh air. Unfortunately, it was impossible to use the garden due to the presence of hoards of ants, living in the artificial grass. Moreover, when I approached the host about it, I was ignored and left to manage the situation by myself (I was told to buy an ant repellant in the supermarket).

The pool was very quiet and large which was brilliant. It was also very warm.

The pictures on the website were dated and did not give a true reflection of the property. The host appeared abrupt when texting, however this could be due to language translation. The mattress and pillow cases should have had protectors on them and we had to request additional pillows as the ones in the wardrobe were badly stained. I am also not a fan of nylon sheets in a hot climate... The wheels on the sunloungers were broken and had no cushions. There was no iron just an empty box, so we had to request one, which was provided. There was a lot of clutter in the wardrobes and kitchen. As a tea drinker I would also have preferred a kettle rather than having to use the coffee express machine. The gate with access to the pool was also overgrown with Ivy and was difficult to access. A little attention to detail would make the apartment a good stay.

The owners are lovely, very accomodating. Property is very well located, less than 5 mins from Carvajal station. Cant wait to stay here again!

Didn't like the location

The owners are a lovely young couple. For a nominal fee they collected and delivered me back to the airport. The apartment is ideal and the area close enough to Fuengirola but a lot ‘classier’. Super welcome pack.
