Location, amenities, staff, safety. I love everything about the Unique hotel, it certainly was unique rom the moment I arrived until I left. The staff super friendly, spoke English and were very helpful. The room was quite and had a great night sleep and the bonus was the kitchenette, it was so nice to be able to make something after been in Paris for a week and eating out all the time. St Raphael train station was a skip, hop and a jump and easy to get to, it was great central place and day trips to Cannes, the then when I left to Nice was easier to get to with my multiple suitcases. I did a day trip to St Tropez via boat which was a 4 minute walk to the port. Great central place with access to everything. My friends were staying not too far from me and when they came to meet me the taff were super friendly and also happy to help them out, amazing!!I will go back!
There wasn't anything I did not like about this place, I even thought it was too good to be true but it's true and I could not fault it at all. Only regret was not staying longer.

Great location, quiet room, perfect for families with children. The room had a fully equipped kitchenette
No parking in the hotel. It was difficult to get the suitcases in to get to the reception as there was a very steep step

We highly recommend this hotel. It is very close to the train station and the port. The room and the staff were great as was the breakfast.

New facilities, good looking, good location.
Bad smell in bathroom, elevator behind the wall and the most suprising - doors between other room. That doors have no sound isulation and I heard everyting from another room as well they heard.

proximity to the town centre and beach and it has a small well appointed kitchenette. the room was modern and the bed was really comfortable with lovely quality linen.
Parking was easy nearby and free overnight
unfortunately the fridge and freezer smelt awful as it hasn’t been cleaned properly and there was old food debris in the freezer compartment. we are unable to use the fridge. the microwave was also poorly cleaned. we told the reception about this when we left and they apologise. as I didn’t want to put a bad rating on booking.com I sent a private message to the hotel after our stay but sadly had no reply from them.

The comfort and style. superb and great location. parking plentiful for disabled. Lots of great restaurants including excellent Indian one next door.

Pascal welcomed us to the hotel and set the happy tone for our stay in St Raphael. She gave us lots of advice about parking, where to eat and really made us feel at home.
The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. And well equipped. The beds are very comfortable and the air conditioning very welcome in the summer heat.
Breakfast was excellent and very good value.
No negatives to mention.

Excellent room although was disabled which fortunately I am not , overall 225 Euros for on night including continental breakfast was excessive

This review is long overdue… Margot is a gem of a human being! She is so kind, friendly, and welcoming and really made my stay pleasant. The accommodations themselves were as described and I was very happy to stay there as a guess.
I’m so sad to hear that the staff is leaning this hotel; and wish them the best of everything with their future endeavors. Truly no complaints!

Wonderful charming staff who were very welcoming and made sure we had everything. Room was immaculate and had lots of amenities you wouldn’t expect for the price point. Good location as moments from the beach. Also had a really good air conditioner and electric shutters that kept the room very cool. Overall couldn’t fault it for the price and would stay again.

There was no staff starting from 21:00-07:00.
There was an awful smell in our bathroom and we wanted to change the room but there was no staff because we arrived just at 22:00.
-Also there were a lot of mosquitoes and we could not sleep all night.

Good location near to the harbour. Very good modern facilities with excellent wi-fi. Clean and comfortable.
Sadly no parking at the hotel although public parking nearby with plenty of spaces.
The breakfast offered was only of reasonable value. For the price, more options should have been available eg cereal, eggs, cheese.
