Guest Reviews: As a frequent traveler to Orlando, I was very impressed with this townhouse at Windsor Hills. This is a gated community and the amenities are amazing from the clubhouse with a media room to the water park and the zero entry swimming pool. The townhouse was sparkling clean and the epitome of comfort, with comfortable beds and a precious Disney room for the kids. I loved the fact that each bedroom has its own bathroom. The kitchen was fully stocked and perfect for preparing breakfast before heading out to the theme parks. One of the best features, however, is the screened in swimming pool. We loved coming back after a long day and relaxing in the heated pool or having a morning swim. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely rent this unit again. Mary DS. When we first booked this trip we thought we were in the same condo location as our other family ( 16 others) After visiting them the first day we were so glad I made the mistake. This place was extremely clean, quiet, and very relaxing. At times it felt like we were the only ones on the property. Check in was very easy and staff were friendly. We did walk over to the pool/club house but didn't partake in any of the activities. (Rained most of our trip) Would I stay here again? YES!! My only advice: make sure you get your welcome letter (I didn't get it until the day of) and read it entirely. The other place our family was at had to go out and purchase all their towels. We stayed in this house for our Christmas trip and totally enjoyed it. The house is exactly like its description. It is clean and spacious. The mickey room is a great plus for our kid. It is close to Disney World, which was our main destination this time, and very close to Walmart, where we shopped a few times. Highly recommend.

Spent a fabulous 15 nights at this property. It was spotlessly clean and looked exactly like the photographs in real life. Excellent location for the Theme parks and the multiple restaurants on the 192. There were no sunloungers at the pool area but when I contacted the property management company they organised some to be brought round. Excellent service! Would definitely recommend and likely to return

Communication with the host was great, we found the list of check-out operations a little daunting but were able to complete the tasks. Nice safety items for small children (baby gate, several strollers, high chair and pack n play if needed) I do wish they had hand soap but it is also something you could buy. Overall great experience. If you have small children you may want to make sure they wear water shoes in the pool at the house as the brick deck and textured stairs were rough on our little guys feet.

This was our first trip to Disney as a family and we were looking for a convenient, comfortable and fun property to dip our toe in at Disney. The house is centrally located and was very comfortable. Our kids loved the Disney touches and my husband and I thought the house was well appointed and clean. We enjoyed our stay and would book again in the future.

The home was easy to find, the location was so close to the main facility we would just walk. I used the gym every other day and it isn't huge, but it did the trick. The home had a little pool that was enough to keep everyone cooled down and entertained in the evening. Everything worked as it should, items were provided as mentioned.
If I needed to ask the owner a question, the answer was prompt.

Windsor hills covers a large area, and one of the best parts of this rental is its proximity to the community pool and building. It’s a 2 minute walk, tops, which is so helpful! Our unit was clean and just had normal, rental wear and tear. As other reviewers have mentioned, you have no control over the unit temperature. However, we didn’t find this to be an issue. It was maybe a bit cooler than we are used to during the day, but was perfect for sleeping. We loved the idea of the private pool, but didn’t contact the manager ahead of time to turn the pool heater on. We stayed at the end of March, and needed the heat to enjoy the pool. It did seem the heating cost was higher than expected given the size of the pool compared to what I’ve seen for heating a much larger pool at other rentals. Also; because of the number of units, we did hear quite a bit of noise from other renters/pools, at times the noise went late into the night. No one’s fault here-just something to consider. Inside, the unit had everything we needed! My one suggestion would be updating the upstairs mattresses (we didn’t use the downstairs bedroom). The king mattress was soft and had an older topper. The twin mattresses were both super firm and would have benefited from a waterproof mattress cover over time.

Mattresses need to be replaced. They are so worn you feel like you are going to fall through.
Hot water smells but this is the same for the whole complex (not limited to this location).
Management was very responsive to questions and much appreciated! This is key in case of issues (which we did not have any).
I would recommend staying her but in dire need of new bed mattresses!

Overall we had a wonderful experience. We had a little trouble getting into the house because the password didn’t work but the property manager was quick to call back and give us a new password. Besides that the week at this house was nice and relaxing. It was nice to be so close the the main pool and club house since we just had a splash pool in the backyard. However, the splash pool was nice to have just to cool off or have a night dip before bed without having to walk to the main pool. House was clean and comfortable. Our kids loved the Disney bedroom !

We stayed at the 2582 Windsor Hills vacation home for our Disney Christmas vacation, and was truly amazed at the excellent condition and how well kept the house was.
The location of the Windsor Hills community is also just 15mins away from all the Disney Theme Parks, and also just 5-10mins away from all restaurants. Truly a very convenient location.

Overall we enjoyed our experience however my request for assistance with managing the air conditioning were not handled well. I received an email telling me that the a/c thermostat was located in places it was not! Point being, we were cold when we didn’t want to be and hot often. I’m guessing the a/c is on a timer and thermostat hidden from guest. Either way, I was not pleased with that part of our experience at all.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at Windsor Hills (different house each time) and we have always enjoyed it. Since the last time we stayed, the gated community has added 2 water slides and a splash park in the common area. Windsor Hills is just 2 miles from Disney and is just down the street from a gigantic and very busy Super Wal-Mart.
The place we stayed at was great and within 100 feet of the water slide. It has 3 bedrooms and a pull out couch in the living room so there was plenty of room for my family of 6. The pool at the house was excellent and I was pleasantly surprised that it was about 5 feet deep on one side since I figured all splash pools would only be about 3 feet. All the pictures and descriptions of the property were accurate.
The only con to the place is that there was no plastic cups or plates which made it a little risky for kids to eat and to be near the pool. Also, the thermostat was under lock and key but we were never overly hot or cold so it worked for us.
The check-in through VRBO was very smooth and easy through emails.
I was very happy with my experience and I look forward to visiting again in the next year or 2.

Check in was easy and the unit was nice, clean, safe and was exactly as described. Only regret is we spent so much time at Disney we never used the pool. We will definitely consider staying here again in the future!

We thought we were staying at the same location at our 16 other family members. After visiting them we were glad we were not at the same place.

The townhome was clean and as pictured. We had an issue with the AC going out one evening, but it was resolved the next day by the property manager. We were surprised that the thermostat is in a locked clear box and could not be manually controlled, but the temp was set at a very comfortable reading during our stay and we were fine. The townhome has a great location to the main pool. Very quiet. Short drive to the parks.

The location and property were great. But the cleanliness of the place has much to be desired. There was hair all over in 2 of 3 bathrooms. There were stains all over the master bed - yellowish, off white, and blood. 2 of 3 bathrooms had lights out. AC was not functioning the first night. Housekeeping called multiple times, but never left a message and their voice-mail did not identify who they were. Took 2 days to get new bed linens.

The property was well furnished and overall very clean. They were quick to get back to us about adding a car once we arrived, as well as helping us get an item we forgot after we checked out. The pool was much cleaner than the property that my sister stayed in down the road, and we really appreciated that.
Knowing there are likely kids staying, a few plastic plates, bowls, and cups would be nice - but that's being very picky. We also had a few towels bathroom towels in that closet that were full of hair, but we washed them and it was fine.
Overall we would definitely stay again.

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. The townhouse was great. Great neighborhood and very convenient to Disney. The townhouse was very clean and well maintained. The host was very responsive. We had a user error trying to open the door to checkin and even though it was late we received a prompt call back to walk me through operating the lock. We hope to stay here again I. The future and recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice place to stay.

Great Location! Amazing House!
Dan was very easy to work with and attended to all our needs and questions. The house was very clean and well equipped. About 10 minutes from Disney and other parks. The resort has a pool and a water park and a bar and grill . There was groceries store near by and major restaurants. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Our son love the Mickey Mouse theme room. Thank you for making our family vacation experience as amazing as it was.

Perfection
I absolutely loved this house and the resort property. Everything was just as nice as it is in the pictures. House was clean and beautiful. The only problem I had was trying to figure out the DVD player in the living room, but I never called to ask for help since we had tablets and laptops to watch movies on. I would definitely recommend this property and will book again in the future.

Best place we have ever stayed in Orlando.
Beautiful condo. All necessities were met more than enough linens and towels. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. . Very clean and comfortable. 3 minutes to Disney grounds. Personal pool was great. Enjoyed coming back from parks and taking a quiet swim. A 2 minute walk to the community pool which was so fun. The grandkids loved the water slides. Poolside chairs always available. Would definitely stay again and we are already planning our next trip. If you prefer to stay off Disney grounds this is a wonderful place to stay.

Great vacation townhouse
The townhouse was decorated beautifully and it was nice, quiet and clean. It was also larger than I thought it would be.
The pool is fabulous and within a two-minute walking distance.
Disney is just 10-15 minutes away and Walmart just around the corner.
