Great location from the centre. The rooms were basic and clean.

As there isn’t a full time reception some of the contact points and services were lacking for an accommodation that positions itself as a resort and spa. We were visiting for a wedding and they didn’t have an iron available but the staff were super helpful and help us source one. Checkout was early (10:30) and we wanted to leave our bags but as the reception closes early there wasn’t space or anyone that could give us the bags if we left them for a couple of hours. Overall it’s a good basic hotel with great location but a bit more attention to small details that can improve guest experience would make it a must book accommodation.

They moved us to a better room on the 3rd night

The air conditioning didnt work in the first room we stayed in 4 2 nights. We were moved to a better room with working air conditioning on the 3rd n9ght straight after letting them know

The problem is mine. I just was in a hurry to get acomodation, and probably I have not read correctly the details: no elevator to go to the room is my main problem because mobility problems of my wiife Also I had difficulies to locate the site. Again it is my problem.

The location is great because you are in walking distance from the beach! Also the hotel has a nice and cozy terrace where people can relax and hide from the heat or just chill in the evening. Also I loved that the place offered big bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body lotion in the bathroom to use.

Everything attention to detail everywhere. Angie just the best resort manager and owner. Cares so much about her guests. They come first.

What can I say. Just amazing resort is what is is. The minute I checked in. I saw a relaxed lovely reception. Went to my room it was beautiful. I was one lady alone. Spotless clean. When i smelt the spa perfume i decided to take time for my self. Booked in for massage. Girls were covered in head protection and masks. My facial was done by Diane so relaxing and caring. She advised me on my sensitive skin and treated me so well. Pollyanna did my massage amazing strength and healing in her hands. Found all my sore points. O walked out feeling just like a new woman Angie the manager amazing very spiritual lady. I will never forget my time at this little secret heaven.
