This four bedroom 3 floored house with 3 bathrooms and a toilet on the ground floor, was exceptional, very spacious, well equipped and immaculately clean. In fact this is the first property (we are seasoned travellers) that we have stayed in (privets properties and hotels) that has been spotless. There is a large walled semi-private balcony accessed through the kitchen where you can sit and enjoy the sunshine sipping your favourite drink. The only thing I would say was that an umbrella for the table would have been useful although not having one did not bother us. There is also a balcony to the front of the property overlooking the road, accessed through the very large and spacious lounge. The garage on the ground floor can house 3 cars. The host Juan was very helpful and spoke very good English. We would defiantly stay here again. The house is a short distance from the centre of Salamanca, about a 10-15 minutes walk, so ideally places.

There was absolutely nothing to dislike.

Very large (there were only 5 of us and it could accommodate 8) and great facilities (3 bathrooms!) Air con worked really well and electric shutters etc. Internal garage a real bonus and the location was great to have a 1km stroll to the Roman bridge to then walk into town. Also we were welcomed with a few basic provisions which was a really nice touch given it was a religious festival day so some shops were closed. Loved Salamanca as a city to wonder around, enjoy the architecture and good eating and drinking options.

Cash deposit is a bit of a pain if, like us, your heading home from checking out so have a lot of Euros to spend.

Great house, everything very clean and all the facilities you need!

Everything !!!! Juan is just a joy to deal with, so lovely, welcoming and helpful and his English is a million times better than my Spanish 😁 Now onto the house itself... Oh my goodness...it's fabulous !!!! It's soooo clean your feet literally squeak when walking around. It's also MASSIVE. Huge garage which can easily fit 2/3 vehicles & has an electric door, downstairs bathroom, hallway. 1st floor :- Huge living room with ample seating and a dining table with 8 chairs, balcony, lovely kitchen with terrace entrance, bathroom and 1st twin bedroom. 2nd floor :- 1 main bathroom & 3 more bedrooms (2xtwin & 1 master double with fabulous ensuite) and there is also an internal terrace which Juan said is where he allows people to smoke. We all had a great uninterrupted sleep. The wifi is excellent and is free. Juan was very kind and left us some milk, water, tea, coffee, biscuits, cakes & ice cubes. There is a Mercadona supermarket about 3 minutes walk and has everything you need. I have to say that in all the overnight stopovers I've stayed in, Casa Miranda is the cleanest, biggest and most amazing ever !!!! Thanks Juan and we will 100% stay here again.

There was nothing to dislike

The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean, well-equipped and furnished. It makes your stay very comfortable. One of the best apartments I have ever stayed.
