This is a perfect location for a short trip in Rennes. It's right next to the church and in the center of the historical town center, the building is definitely over 100 years old and has some nice character. The room decorations are very modern and chic:) Definitely worth the price!

Perfect location, very cute and cosy appartement.

The bed was to soft for our opinion, had no closet and lighting in the bathroom was a little dark. It was also quite noisy when people walked the stairs in the starway or made noises in the room next door.

Location! Location! Location! Great spot in the historical center, fabulous restaurant right beside the apartment and from the front door to the train station is 10mins via the metro. The host is super helpful with great communication, the apartment is beautiful and well equipped. Bed is super comfy with high quality sheets. Everything I needed was there and a fantastic surprise was the loose leaf tea! I loved it.

Location was superb, right in the heart of the old town and a minute walk to the amazing market (you must go if you are there on a Saturday!). The room had really cool decor, very comfy bed and a good shower.

The only way in is up the stairs, so if you have a lot of luggage (like me) it's pretty hard going....but really good for your step count!

Some hints on the webpage that this was a private studio apartment, not within a hotel, as I expected. Some hints on the webpage that it location is unreachable by car, the street being blocked for cars. A hint on the webpage where, exactly, one could park would be extremely useful. A hint on the webpage exactly what the procedure is for entering the building and for retrieving the key from the lockbox (and where the lockbox is). It took us some time to figure out these two things.

Very pretty interior design and very well equipped. Location is also very central, the closest underground parking closes at 9 thou, but we could park on the street (only not allowed on Saturday around the market).

Great central location with restaurants nearby. Fantastic decor and with lots of little extras, everything we could want for a comfortable overnight stay. Good powerful shower and lovely toiletries provided. We look forward to a return visit.

Awesome location, clear instructions for check-in and check-out, good value for its cost, absolutely clean, comfortable bed, included breakfast and the décor was really thoughtful! Communication with the housekeeper was great, was prepared for Covid and provided disinfectant hand gel and seemed thoroughly cleaned.

Hostess accommodated our request for a specific room and allowed late luggage pick up. She was very friendly and replied promptly. The room is centrally located in a beautiful half-timber building, spot-on clean, beautifully decorated in style and with quality items. For sure, one of the best choices in Rennes!
