We had a wonderful week in this beautiful condo. It was very spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The balcony was much smaller than pictures made it appear but the inside was huge. The complex has a fabulous pool area, plenty of parking space, and fast elevators. We would definitely stay here again.

Pipes we’re making awful loud noises all night every night. We recorded the sounds. They were so loud that it woke everyone up in the entire condo. We have stayed here many times with family and spent thousands of dollars every year here at 1007. We will not be staying here again.

This condo had everything we needed as a family of 8! The owners have thought of everything. And having 4 bathrooms was a HUGE plus. The views from the living area and bedroom windows is absolutely stunning! We are so happy to have rented this unit and made a note to rent it again next time we come.

We've stayed at SB annually since the condos were built. As always, the unit was spacious, clean & had plenty of towels, cookware plus a great view. Beach is beautiful, wide & everyone is helpful.

The condo was perfect…..3 large BRs & baths ….4th BR w/2 normal single beds (hate bunk beds) beside guest bath. They were located in 3 different areas of the condo to provide additional privacy. Comfortable beds & nice linens.
Large well equipped kitchen and dining areas.
Loved the covered patio, since it is on the corner of the unit, sitting outside without getting “blasted” by the afternoon was VERY nice. Too many extras to mention………….we will definitely return.

To give perspective, we have been renting condos on PCB 1-2x a year for the last 20 years. Sterling Beach Resort is a great location, especially during the busier times of year. The condo itself was nice. The same family that has owned it for 18 years has done a good job maintaining it and providing pretty much everything that you would have in your home. The only complaint about the unit itself is that there is no pantry.
We arrived after a full day of traveling around 6pm to be met with a filthy condo. 3 bathrooms had not been cleaned(urine on all 3 toilets) and makeup on 1 of the counters. Top layer of dishes, glasses, and utensils had food residue on them(understandable since the dishwasher was on rinse only mode). The floors were dirty(our children pulled off their shoes/socks as soon as then entered the condo,like at home, and their feet were black within 5 min of walking on the floors. There were half consumed snacks on top of the fridge and a bag of 15-20 DIRTY diapers in one of the closests.
I initially called vacasa's main number to be on hold/hang up after holding for 10 min. We started cleaning bathrooms and rewashing dirty towels that were in the unit when I found a card on the counter of the local caretaker and called her. She initially seemed bothered that I had called her until she heard my issues and was apologetic. I also called the main #back. They stated that they would refund my cleaning fee/have everything addressed the following day. Dana called the following day at 10:30 and stated we needed to be out of the unit before the cleaners would enter. I told her that my family was currently within the unit but would be leaving. She said that she would contact the cleaners and call me back. She never called back and I tried calling her twice before 2pm without success. When we arrived back close to 4, we found clean sheets on the counter for us to change but they had not cleaned the floors nor had they removed the dirty diapers. I tried calling the property manager twice(left a voice mail, then one hour later texted her, but she did not respond to any of my attempts). I called main# and they told us that they would address the issues the following day. The next day I took all the opened snacks and dirty diapers down to Vacasa and we kept shoes on our children for the remainder of the trip. Just upset we spent our first night cleaning instead of enjoying our vacation. Would stay here again IF under different management.

We had a wonderful stay! Panama City was very crowded for Memorial Day and the following week, however Sterling Beach was quiet and the beach had plenty of room for our group of nine to spread out and enjoy! The condo itself with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths was perfect and everything we needed! We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay! Panama City was very crowded for Memorial Day and the following week, however Sterling Beach was quiet and the beach had plenty of room for our group of nine to spread out and enjoy! The condo itself with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths was perfect and everything we needed! We will definitely be back.
