Clean, big room/apartament, good view and place, only 1km from the train, which goes to city center every 20min. They also have a parking, we succeed that there were not so many guests, so there were free places. Breakfast was good

The staff were very friendly especially the lady who ran the amazing breakfast. The breakfast was very extensive- everything from fresh scrambled eggs with sausage to cold cuts and yogurt with fresh fruit. The room was perfect for the three of us and included a little sitting area. It was very clean and the beds comfortable. Location was very convenient! We were able to walk to the nearest S-Bahn station in about 15 minutes to access downtown Munich. There were paths close by for running and walking in addition to a grocery store. Both parking in front of the hotel and in their garage was available.

The only thing I would say is that the room even with the blinds down during the day got a little hot. I would suggest the hotel investing in fans to available during the hot summer months since there is no A/C.

The shower room seems to be a little bit small.

nice hotel in the southern outskirts of Munich. We booked it as a stopover to winter sports in Austria, so only spent the night to drive on after breakfast. Late arrival was well arranged with keys in a locker for which we received an email earlier in the evening. Breakfast was good with something for all tastes.

We were greeted by friendly front desk. The apartment is better than expected with a spacious living area and 2 bedrooms. It is clean and cosy. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The hotel was so clean and in a nice area. By the metro train it's only 15 mins to marine platz station, if you're planning on going to Oktoberfest the metro line you take to get to the hotel is the same one you can take to get to Oktoberfest! Breakfast was really amazing always warm and fresh coffee available. The room was also clean and spacious. Overall i would diffidently recommend staying here!

bed sheets and towels were very old - you could see through a towel. one pillow and a very little blanket - it was cold!

Super Customer service. The rooms are always very Clean. Breakfast is also Delicious.
