A most uninviting, gross, dirty and depressing flat which does not even remotely meet any kind of decent standard for living in let alone rent out for any amount of money- it really should not be advertised on Booking.com. or any other website selling overnight stays. It is absolutely horrible, run down and scruffy looking. Very unclean and dirty. It looks like it has been quite a while since it had a good thorough Spring cleaning. Bed linen in the room with 2 single beds not changed since last visitors. Smelled and didn´t look fresh. The matresses either hard as a brick or sacking badly. Toilets/bathrooms not clean. Toilet not even flushed since last visit. Old hard tooth paste stuck in one sink. Also felt the lock on the door to the flat was a bit unsafe. Not a very strong lock. The building where the flat is seems to be some kind of a housing scheme so would have been nice with a more secure lock on the door. I didn´t feel safe. Furthermore there is no free WIFI in the flat as stated on Booking.com and no +4 free tickets to Kew Gardens also stated on booking.com.
