Lovely property amazing sea views from lovely balcony. Very well equipped kitchen and lovely bedrooms with comfortable beds. Would definitely return again.

It was self catering, but the location was fantastic

The apartment in general was very nice and clean, but could do with a little updating, needed a new kettle, and the back patio area tidying up, the bushes trimming, and the table and chairs updating or cleaning, we didn’t use it, and the glass on the balcony needed cleaning as it was dirty and lots of spiders etc

Fabulous location, great facilities, very spacious accommodation.

There were a few dog hairs in the living room (carpet & settee), otherwise fine.

11 Min Y Mor provided a perfect base for us to visit friends and family in Pwllheli. With a beautiful panoramic view of the sea from the living room and top bedroom, it had plenty of bedrooms although we only used two of them. It had all the facilities we needed, except maybe a washing machine. We felt very comfortable here and would highly recommend it.

It would have been useful to have a washing machine available. The key lock holding the front door key was very stiff and took us a few minutes to open so maybe a bit of WD40 might help. I'm not sure where else to pass this message to the owners but we left the bins out to be collected on the day requested and they were emptied but the lid of the main bin had been ripped off when we brought it back inside. Not sure how this happened. May have been the bin men or some passer by. I looked for it down the road but could not find it.
