Limit of 6 cars per house. Street Parking Is Not Pemitted. Please make sure cars are not parked on the grass or blocking the sidewalk. RVS, Trailers, Buses, Golf Carts or Boats are not allowed in the resort. • THIS HOME IS SELF-CATERING We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started. Please stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay. • TRASH DISPOSAL Please place trash in the plastic bin daily to keep a clean home. • HOUSEKEEPING There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. • ONLINE PURCHASE If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them. In some resorts the packages are delivered to the clubhouse. Fees may apply. Some resorts may not accept them. Keep in mind we are not responsible for unexpected issues with your online purchases. If you have any questions, please contact us. • POOL HEATER 1-Cost: $35 per day. 2-Minimum: 2 consecutive days. 3-Temperature will not exceed 95F. 4-Must be requested 48h in advance. 5-Attached spa is NOT a jacuzzi. It does not have jets. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. They both will have the same temperature. 6-Heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund. Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently. (This is optional and may not be available at times.) ADDITIONAL CHARGES APPLY IF NOT COMPLIED when the owner has to fix something or pay for an extra cleaning.

The house was spacious for our family of 13. Disney is around 8 miles from the property but with traffic it's about a 20-25 minute drive. I think more than 1 dish towel and a few more rolls of toilet paper would be appreciated. We did not use the pool at the home but rather went down to the
resort pool. The manager at the resort was very nice, the waiter at the resort restaurant was also very nice.
There is no lifeguard on duty but there are pool attendants (Security). make sure you are with your children, teens etc. at the big pool otherwise they will make a fuss!

You can tell the house is used hard but it was clean and we enjoyed our stay. A little misleading to say things included like the wave pool and then to find out you have to pay for it. Dealing with Master Vacation Homes was a mess - will not do that again.

17 of our family stayed at this house for our son’s wedding week. Great location, and Solara Resort has wonderful amenities. We ate lunch at the resort, which was good. Pool at our house was very nice to have when you didn’t want to trek with two small kids to the main resort pool. Game room was a big hit with young kids and adults! Large enough family room and dining space for everyone too! However we only had 14 bath towels but luckily I had read previous reviews and brought down several extra. Also the coffee maker was only 5 cups which was enough for 2 people. We ended up ordering from Dunkin Donuts several mornings. Really close to the Disney parks so I would recommend this location and will use this again.

Large fun filled family home
17 of our family stayed at this house for our son’s wedding week. Great location, and Solara Resort has wonderful amenities. We ate lunch at the resort, which was good. Pool at our house was very nice to have when you didn’t want to trek with two small kids to the main resort pool. Game room was a big hit with young kids and adults! Overall a good stay
We had a great stay at this property. The location was great and there was a lot of space for our large party. While the property was nice, it was a little rough around the edges, with some small damages we found upon arrival. I also wish there were more pots and pans to cook with and basic kitchen supplies since we did have a large party.

Would be better if they provide move cooking and kitchenware. The game room is nice, but has no air conditioner in there. But they do provide a portable AC unit that does help a little. The beds have sheets, but many beds did not have a comforter or blanket.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would come back.

Great Home!
We really enjoyed our stay. Was very clean. Just need to work on more games in the game room. Hockey table didnt work and one of the pool table sticks tip was broken. Overall not much to complain about. Excellent home. Definitely recommend and worth giving a try.

Awesome Home for a large group!!
Everyone one enjoyed their stay. Spacious and classy. If I had to suggest anything, it would be to bring your own towels and wash clothes. But all in all a nice property.

Awesome house needs more cookware
Great house. Layout of rooms are fantastic. I added a large pot, mixing bowls and wine glasses. Looking forward to another trip To this house. Every question or need was taken care of quickly.

Living and dining space proved to be ample room for all! The family enjoyed the pool and lounge area as well! Bedrooms were plenty large enough and quiet ! The game room kept the preteens entertained for most of our stay! Great holiday weekend!

Family Vacation
The house was very nice and clean great location.Only a couple of issues with the games not working in the game room and the lights and air not working(briefly) upstairs the 1st night.They did send someone over immediately to resolve the issue.My family and I really enjoyed the house and the stay✅

Perfect for a large party including kids
This property is excellent for a large party that wants to spend a lot of time in the house. Huge family room, pool/jacuzzi, large dining table, etc. A favorite feature of mine was the ability to open the floor to ceiling sliding doors all the way across the family room. Making an indoor/outdoor area. There is one downside for anyone wanting to cook. The property’s cookware is severely lacking. A property this size able to sleep 20+ people should have a ton of cookware. It had two small pans and a few pots. Nothing for baking or pots/pans to accommodate large quantity cooking. Aside form this the property is great! I’d definitely rent it out again.

Overall great property and experience more enjoyable time together with family.
Nice property and great time with family. Outstanding location in a prime location. Had a few issues with broken dinette chairs, power kept popping off when using the AC in the game room. The refrigerator section wasn't getting cold enough and ice was generating quick enough. Had issues with the stove light staying on even when the stove was off. Outside of the minor issues, the property management did respond quickly via email to my complaints.
So again great property, just wish some of the appliances and furniture was more aligned with a 9 bedroom home.

I booked this property mainly for the game room and ALL the games are broken!!!
This is my annual vacation for my group home of young men with disabilities, who was extremely excited about the game room, water surfing and basketball court ...but NONE of those things was available! It was not posted on the website that their was a charge for the water surf , the basketball court and Soccer field was closed or that all the games in the game-room was broken “the pool table has electrical tape all over it to appear to be useable” Also there’s LARGE roaches in the master bathroom, I called texted maintenance on Friday “my arrival date” due to the Refrigerator not working they sent someone out on Saturday night to fix it but Monday morning upon departure the refrigerator is still NOT working .The home is large and decorated beautifully, however my individuals are very disappointed in this experience! We have been coming to Orlando for the past 6 years and decided to try this new location with great disappointment

The overall stay was perfect! The home was just like the photos but better.
The property was beautiful !!! This newly developed property was the perfect size for my large family. Only thing I could say about this property that could use an update on the WiFi. We literally had no phone service. And the WiFi went out on us. But overall it was a beautiful stay!
