Conveniently perched near the shores of Lake Chelan, this townhome also boasts a jetted tub for when you're not in the shared hot tub, access to a tennis court, a pool, and more. Staying at this Manson vacation home means that you'll be able to take a short walk to Lake Chelan itself as well as many area activities. Visit the Manson Bay Marina, Sunset Bar, and Benson Vineyards Estate all within minutes on foot or by car. After a round of tennis, why not sit on the private patio at your vacation townhouse? There's plenty of seating, a gas grill, and views galore. If you'll be eating outside, the fully stocked kitchen has everything you'll need including a dishwasher. Meals can also be shared around the indoor dining table and breakfast bar. Meanwhile, the living room has a cable and DVD-equipped flatscreen TV and gas fireplace surrounded by comfy couches. With a full house of eight guests, there's plenty of beds! Among the three bedrooms, there is a king-size bed, two queens, one double, three twins, and even a sleeper sofa. You can freshen up your vacation clothes with the private washer and dryer. Additionally, WiFi is provided, but please note that it can be spotty in this area, which is a great excuse to totally unwind. From fishing a Wapato Lake (four miles away) to winter adventures at Echo Valley Ski Area, you'll so much to do you'll want to come back multiple times a year. A popular draw is the Lady of the Lake ferry to Stehekin - make sure to check the ferry schedules ahead of time. Wherever you go, the hot tub will be waiting when you return. Our family loved staying together in this spacious condo overlooking Lake Chelan. This home was clean and well stocked and was a delightful place to enjoy time together. We will come back.

Location and layout of condo is great

We have stayed at this unit previously as we like the location and is more comfortable for us than timeshare units. It is 3 bedrooms and 1800 square ft. of space. The rates of rental have increased dramatically over the last 2-3 years resulting in the rule that you must rent for a whole week being dropped. The increase is not only for these units, but all over. The location has a great view out towards Chelan and is about a 5 minute walk to the lake swimming area and boat launch. Some of the amenities in the unit are old, specifically the fridge, which has no water outlet and makes little ice. The AC keeps the downstairs cooler than the upstairs. Parking is ample in front of the unit. You have full access to all of Wapato Point activities and rentals. They provide "starter quantities" of some items such as tp, so take extra or plan on purchasing some.

Lots of room but dated throughout. Bad first impression with two plus garbage cans in entrance patio. No Kleenex in unit. No working nite lites on lower floor where kids were. Seemed like a lack of attention to detail.

It smelled terrible right when we walked in, Spider infestation in the room my daughters stayed in, Cabinets off and stuffed next to fridge, The walls were absolutely disgusting, Piles of dead bugs everywhere, poop smeared on bathroom wall, uncomfortable beds, holes in walls & every screen door. I have stayed at wapato point for over 15 years and they’re the best resort but this condo is privately owned and the WORST place I have EVER stayed in. They told me they would have cleaners sent out and I ended up cleaning because no one ever came!! I’m still requesting my service fees to be refunded (960$) and no one is responding. Looks like I’m going to have to take it to twitter and Facebook to get a response.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay! Pros: very spacious condo, nice wood floor upstairs, lots of seating indoors and outdoors (two outdoor tables on deck), gas bque, downstair bedrooms had lots of space and beds), private hot tub was fantastic, loved having the washer and dryer, quiet in evenings and mornings, nice field to play games on, nice outdoor community pool, and great communication from Vacasa. Some cons (some perhaps not that significant but just pointing out): kitchen is definitely in need of some updating: old cabinets (some don't even open the right direction - easy fix), old stove (took forever for the oven to heat up), etc, but on the plus side it was still all very useable and well stocked with pans, utensils, dishes, spices, etc. But unfortunately, the cleaning of the kitchen could have been better. We pulled out several pieces of silverware, spatulas, dishes, that were not cleaned (had gross gunk on them). I'm guessing these items were probably already put away so that the cleaning crew didn't see they were dirty. After discovering the first few dirty items, we ended up just washing everything before we used them to play it safe. Also, wasn't sure if there is a hanger shortage we aren't aware of, lol? The master bedroom closet only had 3 hangers in it, the hall closet had 1 hanger. The bedrooms downstairs had maybe 5 in theirs, so we moved a couple of those upstairs, but it definitely wasn't enough hangers. Please add more hangers for all your next renters - I'm sure it will be greatly appreciated! We did also have to buy more trash bags, toliet paper, and paper towels for the five of us as there wasn't quite enough provided (but in fairness, this is noted on the rental agreement that if you run out, you are on your own to supply these items). Lastly, we love spending lots of time on our boat and at the beach when visiting Wapato. Thus, after staying at the beachside and lakeside Wapato Point condos over the past years, we did find that the distance to the boat docks and beach to be an inconvenience from this unit (it's on the furthest away side), especially when trying to carry everything down and up the hills. We found it was easier to just pack up our car, drive everyone down, and park by the Shoreline Rental place or in the overflow visitor parking (rather than trying to hike everything back up the hills after a long day of water sports on the boat).

We loved having the hot tub rughtboutside the front door. We loved the view, accessibility to the lake, to the market, and to the wineries. U liked that some basic spices, etc. we're available. Laundry was nice. I think that's all. 😊

Missing cabinet door, duck tape to fix things and almost every picture on the wall was cricked. The only part I would complain about is when we opened the dish washer the toilet scrubbers and plumber were in there.
But other than that very close to lots of wineries and if you had a big group there was lots of room.

Plenty of beds for eight people. Had the kitchen equipment for meals at home. The grill was well kept. A pool was nearby and super accessible. An awesome time was had. Would rent again!

The location, view and grounds were awesome. The unit has sufficient furnishings and space with an easy walk to the beach and pool. It is an older unit that has not been updated and is showing it's wear. I rated a 3 because of the cleanliness of the unit. The floors, carpet and deck were very dirty and the grill was unusable.

We had a great time. The unit was great, everything you’d need in the kitchen. We will stay again. However the unit was not cleaned well. I had to dust and wash the windows. The large windows and door had Gabon’s prints everywhere! The upstairs master you can see out the doors they are covered in water spots from other people. The the tv stand needed cleaning. And those windows were super dirty. We went to town and got clear we. I think the unit should have been clean.

The condo location was nice however, the hot tub was filthy, there was no kitchen soap, none of the TV remotes had batteries, the cable downstairs was ripped out of the wall, the blankets and linens were smelly and gross, and there was a bird trapped in the garage that was squawking all night.
We lost an entire day of use in the hot tub because they drained and cleaned it but it took a full day to heat back up.
The house information book listed an 11:00am check out however the website said 10:00am and the cleaning crew came at 9:50am ready to clean. We had to rush to pack and leave. Probably should update the manual and website to match.

The house is a little dated, but that sort of thing doesn't phase us at all. We cooked almost every meal in the house and there was plenty of kitchen equipment to make that easy. The beds were very comfortable, the view is gorgeous. The only hiccup was there were 5 towels in the house for 8 people for 4 days. A call to Vacasa took care of it and they delivered towels the next morning. We drove up the hill to Echo Ridge which was super fun, but the highlight was the ice skating on the Wapato Point property. ($5 to rent skates for adults, kids are free!)I'd definitely stay here again and recommend the property to families traveling together with children.

Great Family Location
We stayed here at the beginning of winter break with family. 5 adults and 3 kids ages 3-7. The hot tub was the selling point for us and we enjoyed it daily. The house is a little dated, but that sort of thing doesn't phase us at all. We cooked almost every meal in the house and there was plenty of kitchen equipment to make that easy. The beds were very comfortable, the view is gorgeous.

Nice Duplex with Access to Private Beach and Amenities
Nice three bedroom with great kitchen and set of kitchen appliances and utensils. It is a bit of a hike to the private beach, but it was not crowded even the first week of August which was important for social distancing. Make sure you reserve boats and jet skis a week or more in advance. No problem renting paddleboards, kayaks etc.

Condo wasn't ready upon check in. Towels left to dry in dryer an hour after we were due to be in.
Garbage was overflowing and left outside unit. It took several calls to get it picked up

Amazing vacation for our family
Beautiful view, spacious and very clean! We enjoyed all amenities with the condo. Never seem a chocolate scramble game before, grounds were kept beautifully. We would live to come back, highly recommend oooh and get Donna’s pie!

This Unit must have been vacant for a long period of time
Property was great. Floor plan was very good for our family situation. From first glance, things looked pretty clean but as we walked through, we walked into many spider webs. Dead spiders in bathtub with massive spider webs. Bedroom TV's were just monitors to watch videos, no reception. Broiling pan was very greasy, we had to wash our hands after picking it up. Deck light was out above bbq. we couldn't see what we were cooking. Large collection of dead leaves at front door that we swept away so we didn't track them in. etc.
We left this unit much cleaner than we found it, which is not what you want to be doing on your vacation.

Good place, a few flaws
We have stayed at this place several times. Mostly it is good, but not perfect. Downstairs is much colder than upstairs. Ice maker advertised, there is one but it does not work and has not for several years. Also, a fireplace is advertised and it has been covered over with a small fake one. No tissues provided. Partial toilet paper. Old rug has been replace with hardwood floor. Nice to have a hot tub on site. TV is big screen. Cork remover for wine is almost worthless, bring your own. Sofa makes into a hide a bed, it is ok if you do not have back problems. Enough beds for 12 people, though Wapato Point won't let you sign up for more than eight, though they don't seem to care too much unless you tell them you have more than eight. If you can't afford a home on the point, this is a good alternative.

beautiful veiw big and cozy
the house was bigger than expected. The jacuzzi was clean and ready!! The appliances were very outdated but worked. There was plenty of sitting space and space in the kitchen for cooking and an array of cooking utensils/spices. The beds were clean and comfy, and extra blankets were easily found. I cannot wait to stay again, for the size the price wasn't too bad!! 1 king, two full/queens and two sets of twin over full bunk beds would make multiple families staying together easy and not over crowded.
