El piso estaba totalmente anticuado. La limpieza dejaba mucho que desear, sobretodo los baños. Los baños necesitan una actualización. Había accesorios oxidados dentro del baño y pelos de los inquilinos anteriores.
Las fotografías engañan, parece un piso moderno pero es todo lo contrario, es más de los años 60.
