Exceptionally clean, well equipped kitchen, it was warm, quiet location but really close to shops and transport links.

Nothing it was lovely.

The accommodation was brilliant. The contemporary style felt clean and luxurious, but still warm and cosy. The underfloor heating was a dream. It was also really great having the bedrooms at either end of the property as it gave a feeling of privacy and space and it was very handy having two separate bathrooms too. Being in Headington was very convenient while also being wonderfully quiet and I very much enjoyed waking up to a view of the trees outside. There was a well equipped kitchen with everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

The only thing we didn’t love (and it’s a very minor point) was the shower water- it felt soapy and gave the sensation that the shower gel hadn’t been washed off even after ages under the water.

Stayed here as our daughter was getting married at St Andrews church. Wow, what a marvellous property. Exactly as shown and so pretty being in converted stables. The two bathrooms are lovely. Natural light flooding through but cosy in the evening. The bridal party got ready here and couldn’t have been a more perfect place. Gnarled old olive tree in the garden…marvellous!

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an einem Park, in einer ruhigen schönen Umgebung. Man ist in wenigen Minuten an der Bushaltestelle (20 Min bis zur Innenstadt), bei Waitrose (toller Supermarkt), sonstige Geschäfte und hat sehr viele Möglichkeiten Essen zu gehen (Empfehlung: CRAFT Burger). Die Küche ist super gut ausgestattet und das Ferienhaus insgesamt ist schön und großzügig gestaltet. Da eine Seite komplett mit Fenstern versehen ist, schaut man immer ins Grüne. Die Beleuchtung ist nach Abschnitten eingeteilt und dimmbar. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine. Hinweis: es gibt 2 Schlafzimmer, aber wenn man das 2te nutzen möchte, dann muss man dafür zusätzlich zahlen. Das hatte ich beim Buchen nicht gelesen und hat unsere Urlaubskasse leider geschrumpft.

Wie andere vorab geschrieben haben: die Couchteile sind tatsächlich ungemütlich, aber mit den Kopfkissen aus dem Schlafzimmer geht es. :) Der Schlafzimmerschrank ist groß, aber es sind dort Kisten mit Handtüchern und Bettwäsche drin. Damit bleibt kaum Platz für die eigenen Sachen (wir waren fast 2 Wochen da). Ich hätte mir doch eine persönliche Einweisung gewünscht, da einige Sachen (wie z.B. die Verriegelung der Tür) nicht so einfach waren. Die Regelung der Heizung.. Minikritik: Die Mülltonnen vor dem Schlafzimmerfenster. Hinweis: ich habe allergisch auf das Bettzeug reagiert (Federn). Allergiker sollten vorher nachfragen.

Quiet and stylish

The dishwasher was full (all clean). I found a cup there after nine were in the cupboard

Excellent location and beautiful accommodation. I would definitely recommend.

Our apartment was in charming converted stables. Although we were too far to walk to the city public transport/buses including the Oxford Tube going to London were so close, just a short walk. A great supermarket was nearby too. The apartment is located in a quiet area of Oxford with a beautiful park only moments away. The apartment was well equipped. Free off street parking. Our host was very friendly and helpful.

Nothing really. Some cushions on the couches and a couple of extra blankets would add to the comfort.
