Our family had such a memorable trip, thanks to Tracy. The home is impeccable — clean, stylish, well appointed. The yard and pool are stunning and worth the trip itself. You could not ask for a better place to stay!! Tracy was friendly and accommodating. Would strongly recommend!

We are a family of five and the House was perfect for our week vacation in the Hamptons. Beautifully manicured garden. The House was clean and well appointed. Owners were a pleasure and easy to deal with. Nice location with access to Southampton, Bridgehampton and Sag Harbor via back roads (to avoid 27).

Great property for just about anyone. The outdoors is impressive, with a large pool and a beautiful outdoor dining table. The Sonos throughout the house was a plus. Inside everything was neat and organized. We booked this super last minute and were very appreciative with how responsive and available the owners were to getting it ready and set up. Also a plus that the owners are nearby and can answer any questions.

This was our second summer spent at this house and we loved every minute of it. Last year we rented for the entire summer, this year we did all of July. The house is even better than the photos, very well decorated and in pristine condition. The backyard is massive and the landscaping is stunning. Tracy and Al are lovely and they were always available for something if we needed it. (Locked myself out one time, needed extra garbage cans, etc). The location is awesome. You aren't on top of your neighbors, and you are short drive to Southampton Village and Sag Harbor. I would highly, highly recommend this house- it's the best!!

Tracy and her husband were responsive and helpful from the start. They made awesome food recommendations for our group as well as available for any questions during our stay. The home was exceptionally decorated with awesome grounds equipped with everything we needed for our stay! We ended up extending another day truly enjoying the peaceful location and were able to have a flexible check -in /check-out time which was truly appreciated and helpful for our schedule . Highly recommend this home! Its also fully fenced in which our dog loved !

This was my first time renting a home on Homeaway and we had an amazing experience. The owner made everything so easy in terms of our stay and she was especially kind and professional. The home and property is in mint condition and it was perfect for our family and especially for our kids who loved the pool. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend other families to stay here.

This house is beautiful and so accommodating. Everything was lush and comfortable. The richness of the textures in the house and all the thick blankets made us never want to leave! It really exceeded our expectations! Everything you could possibly want for a relaxing getaway was provided for in this home. We started our morning out on the deck, coffee in hand. Lots of seats to enjoy the view and comfy. When it got too hot in the sun, we moved to the backyard where there is a beautiful pool and and perennial gardens with lots of lounge chairs. There is a cushioned seating area which was perfect when it was time for afternoon snacks. The kitchen is open, beautiful and fun to cook in. Time for dinner. We decided to stay in rather than go out. Unheard of! The house was just too comfortable to leave! At night we sat around the fire pit outside or hung around the TV area. Although we never wanted to go to sleep the bedrooms and bathrooms were so pretty that we couldn't resist. My husband and I stayed here with my husbands parents. We plan on finding any excuse possible to keep coming back. It was a perfect escape! One more thing... the owner was a dream to work with. I highly recommend this property!!
