Calidad- precio muy buena

La habitación y la cama y sobre todo las vistas

La comida en general de la noche, me pareció de baja calidad, y poca variabilidad. Tampoco nos gustó que el personal se pusiese a recoger tanto las mesas como las islas mucho antes de terminar la hora de finalización del servicio.

Magnífico

La situación, la disposición del personal para hacer la estancia agradable. Estaba muy limpio. Las camas son muy cómodas.

La relación calidad-precio es excepcional, las siguientes apreciaciones sólo tienen la intención de ayudar a hacer aún mejor el establecimiento. El gimnasio estaba muy dejado, estuve cinco días alojado y el suelo estaba muy sucio, no barrieron ni un día y estaba lleno de hojas y papelitos. Las máquinas están muy deterioradas. Sin embargo las mancuernas, barras, bancos y discos eran muy completos (aunque también son antiguos). Me hubiese gustado que hubiese en la habitación una doble puerta para hacer menos molesto el tránsito de la gente en el pasillo. No es culpa del hotel la mala educación de los clientes que no respetan el descanso de los demás, pero en otros hoteles de cuatro estrellas he visto que lo amortiguan con una segunda puerta.

Hôtel de conception étrange.

Emplacement idéal. Les chambres spacieuses et calmes dotées d'une très bonne literie. L'espace extérieur et ses nombreux bassins.

Aucun endroit où l'on pourrait être dans le calme ( salon TV, bar, espace détente sont tous pollués par l'espace animation qui, de plus, est dotée d'une mauvaise sono. Explication: l'espace animation est située au niveau 0, les espaces détente ( salons TV, bar et autres salons) sont au niveau 1 mais tout est ouvert via un grand hall de trois étages. La disproportion du nombre de clients avec le nombre de places du restaurant. Du coup, et en cas d'hôtel plein, une file d'attente est mise en place à l'entrée du restaurant. De même l'attente aux ascenseurs est lassante. L'hôtel aurait bien besoin d'un bon rafraîchissement dans certains endroits.

We loved seeing and hearing whole families enjoying themselves, entertainment staff are excellent

Excellent family hotel. Room with balcony overlooking the pools and sea.

Having just been taken over by the Alegria group, I expect them to make their mark on the hotel. No complaints, but there was a lack of choice on the buffet.

Nice for a stop-over.

The location, view of the ocean, the staff and the price.

The beds werent great and we had no wifi reception in our room. We didnt have breakfast because it was quite pricey at 10 EUR.

Nice accommodation. The location is awesome, right at the beach with nice views. Great value for money.

The breakfast selection was quite basic and lacked healthy options. The elevator waiting time was very long at busy times.

Great fun.

The friendliness of the staff. every balcony to the rooms are private because of the careful Angling of the rooms. This is very effective.

there could be better signage to the car park to the hotel. Even when you arrive there, it is not clear that the car park is tucked away in the corner. Also, when I parked my car, the rarest door to the hotel was locked and as I was carrying many bags in the dark and did not know my way this was a very uncomfortable moment.

the Hotel receptionist very rude all hotels is this day and age should speak english at least a bit of understanding ..we went 3 times to reception to enquire about a late check out and told to come the day before then again on that morning of departure.....just got a plain no the system wasn't even checked......just pure rude

Superb

The view from the balcony was amazing- mountains on one side and the sea on the other. We enjoyed swimming in the various pools. The location of the hotel is excellent, right on the seafront and close to many restaurants.

It was not too busy due to the dates. The facilities are a bit outdated but not bad. The room was great!

The variety of food in the buffet. Even though the quality was not extremely bad, some dishes could be improved with very little changes.

typical beach hotel but old and dated

I liked the location and staff. The view from the rooms on the 12rh floor were excellent.

The hotel is old and needs renovation. Public areas looked dated, bathrooms.. Lifts were claustrophobic and only a few for lots of people; long wait for the lifts. Safety boxes in the rooms are old and needed to be hired, 4 euros per day, as it used to be in the old hotels. Dinner buffet was ok. This hotel is cheap compared to others, but I would pay more to be more in other hotels to be more comfortable and happier.

Breakfast was okay.

Poor elevator service..We had to walk 11 flights down 2x. Poor room service..we constantly had to call to have our room cleaned, and when it was, only the bed appeared to be done well...No wash clothes...It does have much activities catering to adult in the evening....For a tourist area, we expected more English speaking personnel. Thank goodness we were able to use Google translate.
