Great location, lovely staff and excellent value

I extended a work trip by a couple of days to explore the area. This meant I stayed in another hotel first, paid for by my client, which gives me a point of comparrison. I much preferred Stadsvilla Hotel Mozaic Den Haag - a more laid back vibe with a dash of modern 'hugge' in the room styling. It was in the same area (literally five minutes walk up the road) and probably half the price, felt fresher and more genuine. There are some great independent shops and restaurants in the street next to the hotel and a supermarket behind it, so if you're on a budget there are plenty of options.

Reception feels a bit cramped, but that really feels like nit picking. The room itself was spacious and well designed -which I think is more important.

I enjoyed the convenient location and dedicated staff, but mechanical issues and room selection were problematic.

Stadsvilla Hotel Mosaic is in a good location with a number of shops, a restaurant, and Albert Heijn all within a block. Tram stops are to both sides. The front desk staff went out of their way to accommodate.

My room had no working electricity on the loft floor. A tall, narrow staircase led to the bathroom level. The room was on the third and fourth floors and the elevator was broken the entire stay. There was a lovely two-story glass wall facing West, but without climate control the room became a solar oven. It was possible to make it habitable through regular manipulation of the blinds, windows, wet towel and fan, but it was quite a bit of work.

Very tasteful

Interior design and furnishings very tasteful, very friendly helpful staff, superb buffet breakfast. At weekends there is free street parking about 100 metres away.

Nice cozy hotel, rather intimate due to the shower situation

Nice hotel, great location, large and spacious room.

The breakfast is rather limited. Toilet and shower are separated, and shower area is rather "open" (no real door, only a transparent one).

Absolutely loved it. Home away from home. Would love to return. Ideal location HIghly recommend it.

Friendly and helpful staff. Delightful modern tasteful decor throughout building. Location is perfect to walk into town or even for a longer walk or tram to Scheveningen beach. We always stayed at other hotels in The Hague, which are also good, but found this hotel the best for the areas that we frequent when we visit. Fantastic breakfast.

There is a reason we've been coming back to this hotel for years! Excellent stay as always

First of all being greeted by the most friendly and accommodating staff made the biggest difference and really put a smile on our faces. The rooms were wonderful and spacious even though the hotel overall has a boutique feel. The location is great, so close and convenient with lots of trams nearby and within walking distance to many attractions. The close by park is an excellent place for an evening stroll.

There is very little to complain about apart from the stairwell needing a proper vacuum. The service, facilities and staff were all excellent.

Strongly recommend!

The beautiful building, sophisticated interior, cleanliness of the room, comfortable bed, and of course an amazing friendly staff with smiling receptionist the day of our check in and two smiling helpful receptionists the day of our checkout, the food was especially delicious because of the man responsible for the kitchen!

I wouldn’t call it ‘didn’t like’, because it was part of historical building, but the stair was a bit difficult to climb. But anyway it didn’t change our overall perfect impressions of the hotel.

Amazing Hotel for such a cute city

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, very clean, and with a gorgeous view. The room, and the neighborhood, is very quiet, and you can sleep comfortably. The shower worked well, with good pressure and hot water. It's near bus and tram stops, only 15 minutes away from stations. Nice walk to the center as well. Tram next to hotel also takes you to the beach.

Beautiful and cozy hotel

The property was amazing! such a nice boutique hotel. The rooms are spacious with great view of the city (we stayed on the 3rd floor). Tea, coffee and some snacks including fruit are available 24/7. Breakfast was very tasty! The property is nicely located between the city center and the beach and you can visit both directions very easily. You may rent a bike for a day for addition 16 Euros.

The property is not in city center.

Good trip to Den Haag with a cosy beautiful boutique hotel stay

We booked a junior suite, it was large enough for a family with 1-2 kids. The hotel is located in a prime location with all shorts of convenience available by max 2-3 minutes walk. The main highlighting point for this hotel is, it is a home away from home. The behaviour of the hotel staff is very polite and that will feel like you are at home.

Bit expensive, more over that there are few items available in the room, which are not included in booking amount. By mistake if you or your kid(s) use any of those, then you have to pay 2-3 times more than normal market price for those items. Like bath bombs, some snacks, drinks etc. Very limited availability of breakfast buffet items. No in-house restaurant. No elevator. We didn't face that much of a problem as our room was on the 1st floor. But if you get a room on the higher floor and have heavy luggage, then it will be problematic.

Very cozy, clean, friendly hotel which exceeded my expectations.

Kind staff, nice and spacy rooms, very clean, excellent breakfast. The atmosphere is very friendly. You get a bit of personal attention here that I didn't get in the big hotel chains.
