me gustó el desayuno, y la ubicación ya que estaba muy céntrico todo. Me gustó que cuenta con elevador y esto hace mucho más fácil entrar con equipaje! El rooftop de noche estaba muy alegre con música en vivo!!

la puerta del dormitorio costaba que cerrara mucho, fue lo único que tal vez se podría mejorar jeje

Good location. Safety area. Clean and tidy. Good staff. Terrace is very nice place to meet the sunrise and enjoy with nice events with hot dancing .

What could (must)be better?! Breakfast should be definitely increased in variety. Extremely poor option. Especially for Vegans and Vegetarians.

Buenas ubicación pero ruidoso

La ubicación es genial

Había un ruido en el baño , lo reporte pero no hicieron caso, tuve que insistir, subió el técnico y lo escuchó, luego paso el tiempo y tuve que bajar para que me cambiarán de habitación. En general en las 2 habitaciones se escucha cuando alguien camina por el pasillo o hablan en los cuartos se a lado Si no te gusta el ruido no lo recomiendo

Insgesamt eine charmische gute Wahl. Aufgrund der Abstriche finde ich den Preis aber überhöht.

Die Lage im historischen kolonialen Stadtkern ist perfekt. Außerdem ist die Dachterrasse ein absolutes Highlight mit Wohlfühlfaktor.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer ohne Fenster. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht und die Dusche hatte auch ihre Macken.

Из плюсов только расположение

Маленькие номера, нет ни стола, ни стульев, белье грязное, в санузле поломан выключатель, в вестибюле всю ночь шумели люди, спать было не возможно. Завтрак ужасный, постоянно приходилось просить то тарелки, то приборы. За эти деньги могли взять номер в Каталонии

Pleasant Stay

The most positive point of this hotel is the staff, very friendly and attentive. Location is also excellent.

Bathroom is an isue, as the shower has no door, so one has to use a towel in the floor to avoid "flooding" it.

La atención al

Desayuno muy bueno y completo. La ubicación para nosotros fue excepcional ya que necesitábamos estar cerca al puerto y teníamos que embarcar.

La atención de una señorita de la recepción, no fue amable y hizo las cosas de mala gana. Si se tiene un problema o inquietud no ofrenden soluciones es como si no les importara el huésped.

Nice hotel for a 1-2 day stay in colonial zone

I enjoyed that both the check-in staff and Check out staff spoke English. This was very helpful. Paid $11.00 for on site parking which was ok price. Breakfast was medium-ok not to many option but had the basic cheese, sausage, eggs, bread and coffee etc. Also it was on the rooftop. Wi-Fi was free and great. Hotel and room very clean, AC was cold. Hotel allowed for my friend who arrived early to place their bags and when we left they allow for us to leave the car for 2 hours while we walk around. Hotel is very close to the old town (Columbus) square 5 min walking distance. Safe area no issues at night or day. Elevator for use to the rooms I also want to especially thank Ashley who was the check out staff, she was the inly one at the counter and was very helpful and experienced.

oom without window You can hear everything from upstairs and in the hallways Shower water pressure was low and not hot. No free in room water. Charged $4. There is a local store across the street for .50 water.

Hace mas de 13 dias tengo un reclamo de una devolucion de la propiedad @viva V Wyndham SAMANA, debido a que tuve que abandonar el hotel por una mala experiencia en la habitacion 1311, es un pena como el personal de resevas prestan una mala experiencia, Solo recibo correos sin soluciones

Location/Quality of facility

Overall our experience was pleasant. However it was ruined by a less than friendly front desk clerk named Alfredo upon check-out - who either was having a bad day, didn't sleep well or simply doesn't like talking to english speaking Americans. Dismissive, contrite and unfriendly sums it up.

Great location, on site parking, secure, excellent breakfast. Modern clean room.

The hallways outside the bedrooms echo a lot, so any guests walking or talking up and down the corridor will disturb you if your trying to rest/sleep.

Comfortable bed, clean room, good A/C and breakfast

Precio muy elevado respecto a las condiciones.

La ubicación es buena, muy cerca de los sitios de interés del Centro Histórico de Santo Domingo. Amabilidad del personal. El desayuno es bueno. La vista desde el bar de la terraza.

La habitación asignada tenía una ventana totalmente bloqueada por un muro y no tenía ninguna entrada de luz natural por lo que por obligación tuvimos que pagar 30 Usd adicionales por una habitación con ventana hacia el exterior. La limpieza de habitación y las sabanas era buena, aun asi apareció una cucaracha gigante en el baño que el personal del hotel tuvo que sacar. La ducha no tiene puerta por lo que al abrir el agua se moja todo el baño. En conclusión, las condiciones no son acorde con el precio.

My INCREDIBLE Gran Hotel Europa Santo Domingo, Trademark by Wyndham Adventure Stay

Alfredo, Herby, and Adrian were all amazing, the staff that were there to help with all your needs. They were very friendly, engagingband insightful with suggestions. 👏 The environment was clean & professional. The food was delicious and the room comfortable.

They do not have a pool or spa. They have the rooftop space to place an ideal pool & spa up there with views.

Perfect Hotel for your stay at Zona Colonial

Beautiful and modern hotel with clean and modern rooms, friendly staff and a great breakfast buffet on the rooftop terrace. Also a really nice view from there. Perfect location to explore the Zona Colonial.

my new favorite place to stay in La zona colonial

loved the bright modern room I was assigned this time, so comfortable, clean and modern loved loved the sky bar rooftop with a lovely staff like Rosa Valdez, Yennifer, Richard, Franklin y Luis. they are all awesome and the staff at the buffet breakfast in the morning as well.
