Location was great .. just off the main square near the places i needed to go .handy car park too . staff were really helpful and food was great

Enjoyed the trip .. could have stayed longer .did not dislike anything

3 star, improvement possible at not great cost to hotel

Room good.Comfortable bed, Good shower. Windows not clean. Base of shower doors not clean Good hairdryer . Nice soaps and shampoo

Not hard pleased!

Easy access by lift. Staff very helpful. Good size ensuite. Bar food lovely.

No storage/shelving etc in bathroom. No where to put anything only on floor. Nothing to put suitcase on in bedroom. More suitable to solo/couple staying one night.

food poor. pre cooked chicken used in a stir fry I handed it back salad looked like it was on the plate all day cheap breakfast cereal not enough waiting staff

Spacious clean room, very central location. Breakfast was hot and tasty. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was perfect for what I needed.

Walls are paper thin so you can hear people in adjoining rooms very clearly.....

Breakfast average, location good

The room had dirty windows with a buildup of black mould in the lower corners. There was no phone in the room which meant that I had to go to the reception in person every time I needed something. I asked the reception for an iron and ironing board, the iron was delivered to the room by a man on a phone call minus an ironing board, I was incredulous, I managed without it. We approached the bar at 15.20hrs to order a meal from the advertised bar menu, we were told that we could have a sandwich because the kitchen was busy catering for a party. We declined and went and had a meal elsewhere. Breakfast was ok I had scrambled eggs overdone and bacon underdone, my wife had full breakfast with bacon underdone and black pudding overdone. It was not really good value for the price charged. Generally the staff were civil but seeming flustered or unsure. A little disappointing.

Great location, friendly staff!

Good location in centre of Dungarvan. Convenient parking to the rear of hotel, staff friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was only okay. Noisy during the night because of hen & stag nights.

Pleasant

I ws ill and had to cancel my stay, however, my sister stayed and her account was such; in the middle of the night the curtain in her bedroom fell down!. The staff were just fabulous she said, A staffmember moved her to another room at 12 midnight, I thought a small token might have been given in the circumstances. for charging €132.

Wonderful family hotel with great staff.

Lovely family hotel with a very central location. Wonderful friendly staff. Great big fire as you came in the door so welcoming. Staff so friendly and welcoming. Nothing was a bother.
