Less children and jelly fish

The hotel was really amazing. Right at the beach and shops and restaurants just a short stroll away. We had a family room which was beautiful. The hotel area was beautiful and big. Staff was very friendly.

The only thing we didn’t liked was the pool and sun bed situation. Sun beds were too close so it was quite crowded. Also people reserved already in the morning the sun beds which is quite annoying.

Værelserne var fine og god størrelse og fin rengøring på værelset. Ligger i rigtig gode omgivelser med masser af hyggelige restauranter - små shops - lidt barer og supermarkeder. Og rigtig dejlig morgenmad skal da også lige nævnes.

Alt alt for mange mennesker klemt sammen i et lille område. Overvejende børnefamilier Solstolene stod så tæt at man ikke kunne rykke 5 cm uden man så følte man delte stol med”naboen”. 1 række solstole var allerede optagede 06.30( var nu på gåtur). Folk spærrer og kommer tilbage 2-3 timer senere. At de fjerner håndklæder hvis man ikke havde været der 1 time så vi kun et par gange og aldrig på første række. Er du vant til at rejse i Thailand så forvent ikke en skøn thaistrand med pudder sand. Det er meget smågrus og småsten. Der er et Kæmpe “trin” ned i vandet som kan være svært at komme op af når der er kraftige understrømme. Vandet er grumset og man ser ikke bunden. Så at folk skriver at det er en fantastisk strand fatter vi slet ikke. Det her vil jeg betegne som et typisk stort børnefamilie charterhotel

The location is fantastic, easy walking to massage, restaurants and the night markets. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve had! Beds were super comfy. Sister hotel next door with extra pools, inflatable for the kids and a great beach club.

The resort is long so some rooms are a distance from the beach, but nearer the shops! Just not so easy to pop back to your room.

Loved this resort. Offered various pools, so you never felt crowded. Breakfast was amazing, so much on offer. The facilities were clean and staff always smiling and helpful, our room was huge and cleaned daily. Within walking distance to eateries and market. I loved that they provided big bottles of shampoo/conditioner and body wash and handwash, instead of those tiny use once bottles other hotels provide.

I would have liked more English channel options on the TV, there was only 1 movie channel when it worked. The kid's club room was quite small and catered to very young children only. Because the resort is so large, it was quite a distance to walk from our room to the main area and back during the course of the day. Whilst it says beachfront, it's not exactly a swimming beach, more a surf beach, very rough waves, I wouldn't recommend for a family, my kids didn't get to use the beach at all.

I went to meet my sister who had booked at this hotel. From start to finish a great experience. Great engllish from all staff. The whole complex was spotless. My room waa above reception and I never heard any noise.
