For the value I payed for, a small clean room, a very nice breafast, helpfull and polite staff, what could I ask for more_ Recommended place for sure.
Sometimes the downstairs hotel halls smelled of cigarrettes, but it might have been from drafts

Die Lage war sehr gut
Getränkeauswahl zum Kaufen sehr begrenzt. Frühstücksraum klein und zweckmäßig kühl eingerichtet. Buffet gut, aber z.B. hart gekochte Eier statt Frühstücksei.

The location is amazing. Very close to central train station, easy to get to places. There are restaurants and a shopping centre near by. The room was clean and facilities were ok.
The room was so hot it was hard to be in it. And I am from a hot country! I think its a good place for winter, but it was really difficult to stand it on the midst of European summer.

The room was single,
Hot & cold water to wash face is very old system in the 21st century.
Staff especially who a male manager was very rude to my mate in another room.
Coffee and tea was served once for two nights.
Single person towels for two people for two nights. Dam
No welcome face or attitude !
Nothing and will never come back.
They were not happy being booked via booking.com
On arrival threatened my friend to cancel all bookings (4)

A good price for the city.
The surroudings of the hotel had s weired vibe, a lot of homeless people and people trying to sell stuff.

centrally located, easy to find, good breakfast, staff are helpful
the rooms aren’t air conditioned so my room was boiling, I could not sleep all night. the provided fan was incredibly loud. I had to keep the window open for some air flow and there was very loud music playing until 2am.

The room was clean & comfortable.Breakfast was good and was made welcome.There was a lift so I didn't have to drag my cases up the stairs. Reception manned 24_ hrs.Felt safe.

the lighting in the room wasn't good. it's very dark and only lit with ambient light. the two bed lamps didn't help much. there was no ceiling light.

It's just 1 minute walk to Frankfurt main Hbf. This was a huge bonus for us since we were travelling with lots of luggage and a small kid. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the wifi was fast. Definitely worth the price.

This hotel is in a good location, only a few blocks from the main station and taking the correct exit one avoids the less pleasant surroundings from the area. Breakfast was good, and the staff is friendly.

Recently renovated and everything done nicely to a high standard. Lovely bathroom and shower suite. Triple glazed windows keeping the room super quiet, for a silent night's sleep unaffected by any city street activity. Fantastic location immediately next to Frankfurt train station. Well built, with no noise from neighbouring rooms. I would be happy to return.
No air conditioning in the summer heatwave, I was so hot I had to put the sheets in the shower and then put the wet sheets over me to sleep The wet sheets only lasted 1 hour before they were completely dry again. A fan was provided in the room, but it just recirculated very hot air. Cheese melted inside my backpack overnight. It must have been 40 oC indoors. I travel a lot and this was honestly the hottest night I have ever spent, and that includes trips to the Peruvian jungle, southern India and the Gobi desert. This hotel is a great place to stay otherwise, and I would come back outside of summer, I just could not risk it in the heat again...

Right next to Frankfurt central station but yet, very quiet.

Not possible to leave the window open during night if you wanted blinds closed as they were fixed and there was the fire escape outside. Fan didn't help much - An unfortunate combination.

Very clean rooms. Extremely helpful desk staff. We were lucky that they had a free room and they allowed us to check in early. Breakfast is excellent value for money. And of course it's very close to the station.

Everything was clean and tidy, breakfast was alright. Staff was helpful and explained the horrifying state Frankfurt is currently in.
Nothing to do with the hotel itself, but the neighbourhood is just an absolute drug den. I thought that I have seen it all, but this was something shocking even for me
