Every morning we had an amazing breakfast prepared by Angela. She was exceptional. She specifically brought oat milk for us, because she knew we preferred it even though Palazzo Vergine already offered soy milk. What amazing service and care!

Nice building at 5 minutes walking from the old town.
Room was connected to another one and divided only by a thin room. We could hear everything from the other room.
Not a nice experience there. However the staff was super helpful to help us with this problem.
Looking for a different room across all their properties. The receptionist also stayed late to help us.
Ultimately they found us an amazing room in another one of their properties.

Wanda and her colleagues have been so lovely and friendly. They helped us with renting a
scooter and bikes or making a reservation in
restaurants cause we don’t speak Italian.
The rooms had everything we needed and the breakfast was small, but delicious and totally enough for us.
The location is also great in the center and you can reach the old town in only 5min walk.
It’s a little bit load by night cause the people are partying outside very long. But for us it was no
Problem and we slept very well. I would definitely come back to Wanda’s place :)

Free parking just behind the hotel.
Breakfast is incredible (+ served on the roof terrace with view on the harbor) moreover if you keep in mind the vet limited number of guests.
Very central : historical city is literally a couple of minutes from the hotel.
Manageable but time slot for arrival is a bit limited: 6.00 to 8.00 PM
Palace is the name, but our room, if above average, was far from being extraordinary.
Not the hotels fault but Gallipoli is overcrowded and making a reservation in a good restaurant quickly becomes a nightmare.

Quite loud during the night caused by people in bars around but of course not the hotel’s fault.

Everything was great and Elisabetta was an excellent host! She adjusted the breakfast accordingly to our needs/tastes without even asking for it. The advises regarding the surroundings were great. Location is a very good one at the main street right before the old town begins. Another huge advantage is that behind the building you can find 5-7 parking lots which are for free. That's pure gold in that area of the city! The terrace where the breakfast is served is spectacular and large, you can see the sea from both sides. Rooms are clean and big, AC is working great, the whole building is looking great.

Elisabetta was very friendly, nice building, clean and comfortable room!
In June it is already very hot in Gallipoli and I was not really able to cool down the room with the AC.
Either I could not find the right setting or the equipment was a little bit old…
Just a minor thing, overall it was a very positive experience!
