Amazing 🤩

It was really amazingly quiet! Considering the hotel is in the centre , I have very quiet room the staff is amazing very professionals and friendly Monica and Nadia in the front dear will take care of You the boss Alvaro is very helpful and speak perfect English , stunning decorations in the hotel the owner it’s a Russian lady who is very into arts , the only think I would change is standing cocking eggs , omlet etc This hotel is on top of my list in the area now thank you again Alay and see you soon :)

Lovely stay - staff are exceptional

Room very good but shower door needs a good clean on the inside (bath side) Pools lovely but too cold to use in the winter Views & location - fantastic

Food was limited in the evenings (weekend had good choice but not so good when hotel was quieter) Would’ve been nice to have fresh omelettes & choice of poached eggs for breakfast

Superb

Location to beach,restaurants, excellent. Breakfast was excellent. Towels available at reception for the pool. Staff were friendly and helpful.

No issues just that 2 nights the barman closed the bar 30 minutes early and was rude to customers. H

Great stay

Great location near beach and Marina. Nice pool areas. Good breakfast.

Need to change the showers at the pools to ones that turn off automatically - so many people walk away without switching them off because they don’t realise. Long waits for the elevators at busy times.

Hotel location very good.

Didn't rate the breakfast very highly, there was ample food but the scrambled egg was very cold. I found the breakfast staff to be dismissive, I asked very politely for some cold milk whilst making a cup of tea and the request was forgotten. I made some toast at 10:00am and was told that I had 10 minutes to finish before the table is cleared. Not sure if this is standard practice, but can only comment on my own experience.

for anyone going it’s like a building site lots of work going on outside the property and around the area . bathroom needs updating and also patio doors we really hard to open

Choice of food if staying more than four nights would have been a bit repetitive. The plates on the buffet were always stone cold so made hot food cold quickly. Good hotel nice staff good location.Enjoyed our stay.

We all thought it was a very good break.

Excellent dining facilities. Sea views. free pool table. Good room with balcony. During our short break we visited Malaga and took a cable car trip up the local mountain.

Adjacent rooms would have been appreciated for our group of four friends in two rooms. Swimming pool quite small.

WE enjoyed the Holiday but we were disappointed with the tempreature of the food.

The bar man called ADAM was excellent always pleasant & very helpful . Loved the Location .

Lounge area was really nice. Also swimming pool areas looked fine even this time of year we could not enjoy them. Breakfast was ok, quite wide, but nothing special.

The room was ugly, like coming back to seventies. There was really bad smell inside the room which effected to our breathing and sleeping in many ways. There was a construction ongoing around the hotel and it was not mentioned while making the booking. Also private parking was not available even it was promised in a webside. The customer service people in a front desk didnt take our feedback seriously and were acting like "customer is always wrong".

I liked the location, beautiful sea view from our balcony,

Rooms got very warm through night, air con was only blowing warm air,whatever number you put the dual too
