Pas mal mais aurais pu être mieux.

L’emplacement, le petit déjeuner et le diner.

La literie qui nous a donné mal au dos, pas de climatisation donc nous avons eu chaud et du dormir les fenêtres grandes ouvertes, les fourmis dans la chambre. Et Le fait qu on nous ai pas précisé qu il fallait avoir un bonnet de bain pour la piscine intérieure.

Ok stay. Calpe looking very run down

Size of room and extremely clean

Entertainment in the lobby very loud. Contacted hotel asking about lost property. Still no response after 5 days

Hotel good. Booking.com rubbish

Perfect hotel at very reasonable cost.

Booking.com is rubbish. My payment was rejected 4 times. It would have been cheaper & easier to book the hotel direct.

Nice family hotel with perfect location.

Very nice hotel. Big rooms. Superb view from the 13 floor. For me the location was perfect, 5 min walking distance from the 2 main beaches. 25 min walk to centrum of Calpe. Restaurant had not to much options but all was very tasty and well presented.I enjoyed the food.

Restaurant could offer more vegetarian options. Most of the staff was OK. Normally in Spain people are naturally kind but at this hotel here was a 'not natural kindness' feeling. Also most of the male waiters were not kind, even rude.

Calpe excellence

My 3rd visit , great location between the town, beach and harbour. Staff are friendly and always have a smile

Having to go home 🤷‍♂️ but I am coming back in October with the family woo hoo

Comfortable but not 5 star

The staff were brilliant,all smart, helpful, friendly and professional. Location was ok not too far from the beach, sea and restaurants. it is not front line so no sea views however some rooms get a nice view of Ifach. The location lacks character as it's one of very many high rise buildings. The food was good but not great, lots of choice but normal hotel canteen style.

Poor selection of UK tv channels. Most of which didn't work.

Apart from the hotel being great,the singing group were excellent.Everyone enjoyed them.

The breakfast was excellent and highly recommended.

There was nothing to say only excellent.

It was a warm hotel for time of year. relaxing. late breakfast... lovely large bathroom

the.view..the rooms are very plain. pillows.....settee needed a cushion indoor pool...not welcoming... not much sound on tv

Location and staff. Staff on hot plate during breakfast excellent, very accommodating as all of the floor staff.

Dining, in the evening, food cold, staff on hot service need to be retrained, lack of care to customers.

Very badly needed break that was made very special by the interactions with the lovely staff and the friendliness shown

I liked everything but most especially the staff stood out. They were young and fun, always smiling and hit the right note with each different age group which ranged from the very young to the very old and everything in between.

Nothing to be honest. It was spotlessly clean, in a brilliant location and the views were incredible. Again the staff were just lovely.

Breakfast was good

The shower in bath is dated and dangerous (ie slippery.) Also my grandchildren were in a villa close by, and we were unable to invite them to share a few hours with us by the pool.

Hotel room was basic and we couldn’t get a breakfast.

The queue for breakfast went right round the hotel. We could not get in. I have never seen anything like it. Chaos. They can’t cater for a full hotel. We have two young children and we had to go out to a cafe to buy our breakfast. Then had to involve Booking.com Customer services to get a refund for the breakfast we’d pre-paid for at the hotel. Could have been a lot better.
