The room was clean and comfortable. We had enough space for our small suitcases.. The location is amazing, 5 mins walk to the Peace Mémorial Park.
The bed was good, but the pillow was quite stiff. Small room if you have big suitcases.

It is centrally located in Hiroshima, near the Peace Park. Even more importantly -- though I didn't realize it -- it's only about a ten minute walk from the downtown "Hondori" area.
The entrance to the hotel vs the attached event complex was not well labeled, at least in English; I wandered around for about 10 minutes trying to find it.

The room is bigger than regular hotels and it has a sofa. The staff is very friendly and approachable.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Easy to find but a little confusing getting in as it was apart of a larger complex. Wifi was decent. Hiroshima Peace park was only 10 minutes walk away.
For one night, nothing we didn’t like.

The front desk staff were very professional and friendly. They gave guidance and answered our questions. The room was light and airy, just right for our stay. 😊
The dining staff while professional wasn't friendly. Their request for guests to put on plastic gloves while dining seemed random. Some guest weren't wearing any...
