Overall, I would not stay again as it definitely not a 4/5 star hotel or provides great value for your buck.

The room is very spacious and hotel location is great

The attitude of the night staff was dismissive and unhelpful. The breakfast spread was really poor - it offered what 2 star hotels offer. They had placed one 330ml of complimentary water. Overall very limited value for the price they charge and it being 4/5 star hotel

Excellent stay for our first time in Bolivia

Located in a nice neighborhood and close to a big mall and other restaurants/bars and cafes. The check-in and out process was easy. There is an option to book with the hotel for a Taxi transfer from the airport, which was great especially when we were all tired from a very long travel time with an arrival time after midnight. The driver will be waiting for you with your name on a sign. The price was very reasonable charging per taxi, not per person. Our room was very spacious. The beds were comfortable and closet space was plentiful. Shower pressure and temperature control were great. Breakfast had a good variety of selection, and if you are particular with your coffee, they have a nice coffee shop connected to the front lobby where you can buy your specialty coffee. I also appreciate the fact that their receptionist was bilingual (Spanish/English). All the receptionist we encountered havr been accommodating to our needs. Also, there is a self-service laundry machine in the hotel. At the time of our stay, it was $5 per load with the washer and dryer separately charged. We did see some laundry service within walking distance but this option was convenient and if shared with your group, then it is even more economical. Most importantly, they are equipped with an oxygen tank in case you ever need it for altitude sickness. One of my travel buds needed it the very first day we arrived. It was pretty scary.

Nothing much to note except a bit of traffic noise from the streets across the hotel.

Comfortable and spacious in a great location with great service.

Comfortable apartment hotel in a great location downtown, 400 m from a cable car station. The apartment was spacious and clean. There was a self service laundry in the hotel which we used and worked well. The front desk staff, Lia Mayra and Rafael Sossa, were exceptionally helpful assisting us with cable cars, laundry and travel arrangements. Restaurant downstairs could use more atmosphere and greater menu selection. Breakfast was adequate, limited food selection.

Excellent in every way!

Excellent breakfast and the Suite was big and spacious. Room service was excellent and the staff in the hotel were all so graceful and helpful in every way! We loved our stay in this beautiful hotel!

Really spacious, comfortable beds, and clean apartment. Very good breakfast in the mornings.

Breakfast very poor and little to no options for vegans. They always offer the same things which are the cheapest. Gym is inside a mall and is inconvenient to walk to since it takes around 10 min… be aware is not inside the hotel.

An oasis of comfort in an uncomfortable city

Fantastic staff, helpful, gracious. All rooms are suites and very spacious.

Location great, attention to detail excellent. Business centre excellent. Breakfast good and great value.

Not essential but for a family of 4, 2 bathrooms would be good. Or at least an additional half bathroom. Microwaves in the kitchens would be good.

The service was good but was lucking information on the facilities provided from the hotel, The privacy in the Apartment and the facility to have breakfast served in the Apartment.

The Toilet had no extra toilet paper, no desinfectant anywhere. No glass for tooth brush. The kitchen of the Apartment was Equiped with a basic kettle ( no electric kettle!) for a 5 star Hotel this is expected. nothing extra in the kitchen, no Coffe tee nor even small sugar. not a drying cloth.

WORTH IT. Nice hotel.

The hotel is well located, nice building, good coffee bar in the entrance and the room was big, clean and comfortable. You have a frigobar, that could help you to avoid going out to buy some snack or drinks. The stuff was very helpful.

The only think I really didn't like was the breakfast, or maybe the breakfast area; because doesn't fit with the hotel in general.
