Great location, huge rooms. Parking included in rate.

The rates increase significantly with the added charges after check-in (beware), the whole property needs maintenance, very run down, our room was very outdated, strong rotten smell at times, beds, structure etc. no wifi in rooms, for the price you're paying any standard hotel should have these dislikes covered. Extremely expensive for what you're getting. I know you're only paying for the location but this is out of control. Breakfast baked goods were decent, the coffee was horrible.
