Le jardin est vraiment superbe. La tranquillité du lieu est appréciable.

Nicely tucked inside downtown building with very surprising entrance behind two locked doors. Easy to find and the double doors is expected in many boutique hotels inside older residential apartment building, but being on the ground floor is nice. No elevator issues! Breakfast was simple cereal, fruits, coffee, etc. Laundromat about 75 feet around the corner, super clean. Easy to use in English if on a long trip. Only 16 rooms, so be lucky if you can book here.

The room was tiny and the double bed was very small. The sliding door to the bathroom was flimsy. When I got my t-shirt from the hanger in the morning, a moth flew out.

In der Nacht war es sehr lärmig, aufgrund des Windes hat etwas im Garten aneinander geschlagen Das Zimmer war nicht sehr sauber, es wurde alles in die Ecken gefegt Die Klimaanlage im Badezimmer war ser laut Die Haustüre und die Hoteltüre sind mit einem Code versehen, die Hotelzimmer mit einem Schlüssel. Der Schlüssel kann beispielsweise zum Baden dort deponiert werden, aber jeder Hotelgast oder jeder, der den Code kennt (ich denke nicht, dass er regelmässig gewechselt wird), kann sich in Abwesenheit der Rezeption Zugang zum Schlüssel beschaffen

The hotel is ideally situated, just a minutes walk from the promenade des Anglais, 10 minutes from the railway station and also close to the old town. The room was clean, had excellent air conditioning and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel has a lovely secluded garden which you can sit in. Our room was ready when we arrived at midday and we were able to leave our luggage there after we checked out as our flight was later in the day. The staff were very helpful and efficient and the hotel offered excellent value for money.

The only good thing was that it was in good location and the room was quite big.

The room was really dirty, the staff didn’t clean our room and we had to ask for new towels every day, each time we asked for a towel they gave us a dirty towel, the bed was also dirty with a lot of stains and we felt really uncomfortable with how dirty the room was. The staff was not nice and looked at us weirdly each time we asked for something. In addition the hotel didn’t let me use their bathroom an hour after I checked out and they don’t have a room for suitcases, they just put it in the hallway, felt really unsafe to leave my luggage like that unattended. The front desk only works from 8am-8pm so if you have a problem at evening or night you have no one to talk to. Our stay at this hotel was bad and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
