Nearby is a laundry area with a stand alone freezer for the day's catch. Memories are made with family gatherings in the top level living area with floor to ceiling windows and large flat screen TV. Step out onto the deck to take in the ocean breezes with a cup of coffee from the Keurig in the kitchen or have an after dinner chat in the screened porch. Just around the corner, you'll find the private dining area and large kitchen, as well as a half bath and second laundry area. There's also a spacious king master bedroom on this level.
