The hostel has a very cozy atmosphere, it feels like a home with welcoming common areas. Breakfast was good and most of the staff was nice. It's a short walk / taxi drive from Lapa party area and you can take the metro to get to the beaches.

The only bad thing about this hostel is that they were fully booked and I had to find another place after one night.

Really nice place. Staff amazing. Private dorm too cute! Breakfast incredible. Close to the subway.

The staff there where some of the great human beings. Myris, Diogo and FABIOOOOOO where so helpful and kind. One of the best hostels I have ever stayed at, made some mates for life and had some of the best parties ever. All organised by the hostel. Like many others discovery will always have a special place in my heart. Peace and love - Thorpy ❤️

-good location, one minute to metro -staff willing to talk, share, and provide info for the city -kitchen is well equipped

-staff is a bit messy in collecting and calculating money for drinks purchases -some room don't have very good ventilate

I felt very home. Good amount of guests. very nice kitchen and common areas. location good as well close to bars, beach, park and tourist attention

The staff were all so friendly. I really enjoyed my stay. I was checked in by a lovely gentleman named Tony who was very professional and kind.

Good hostel for socializing, really nice volunteers were working there and it is also super close to the metro.

Went to celebrate the new year and the staff actually bought limited metro ticket for the whole hostel so...well done! Hostel was very social with good vibes. Bed was nice with curtains and personal plug.

There was no information given about the city during check in so you are left to figure out on your own. Toilets were limited. Bed arrangement was quite poor. I had to change bed twice during a 5 night stay and was told so only close to midnight. As such, I managed to misplace quite a sum of loose money in the midst of packing :(

Good vibe, nice common areas, located next to the metro.

The private rooms back onto the outside common area so if it’s a busy night you can hear everything and you lose your privacy if you open a window.

Out room were in the social area. Could have warned about this in description. The rooms in a more quiet part of hostal would be great. Could also include towels with private rooms.

Hostel is clean and staff were nice.

Our room was right beside the kitchen there was constant noise from 6am onwards. By 8am it felt like there was 20 people in our room with the noise levels.

They make such a big effort to offer an amazing buffet freshly made every morning. Coffee always available. The beds have curtains for more privacy which I value a lot. Also the whole house has such a good vibe, the staff is so friendly and is helping you with any problem that might occur. The place is very clean, not only the rooms and bathrooms but also the kitchen is constantly being cleaned. I also like that the guests are also more cautious with the place and keep everything clean as possible. You meet amazing people here - either travelers or the people that work here. You can make some amazing memories here. I love this place and it’s my second home now in Brazil!

Unfortunately the Wi-Fi doesn’t work very well from time to time. Although I couldn’t manage to work from there and have video calls.

The atmosphere was the best! cosy, positive and friendly. Also very good breakfast! and hot showers. Fábio, Chacha, Mirys and Ana were SPECTACULAR! great amazing staff, couldnt been better 10/10

Nice place to stay, relax and have fun. I met really awesome people and the owners were very kind with me when I had problems. The volunteers were the best!

Airport shuttle available, but Uber is cheaper. Staff the gentlemen were super helpful and always ready to solve your needs. The girl that worked there forgot my reservation and had me left at the airport. Breakfast lady and the travelers were good vibes.

TOO NOISY, I can handle a tremendous amount of noise since I've lived next to a train track but I never had peace here, people walk in and out the rooms all night literally, talking loud. When staff is showing the room there is no respect for quiet hours or when lights are off. The bed was thin I could feel the springs. Very hard to get a good sleep. Last of all there is like 9 people squeezed into a tight room and only 2 bathrooms in the house for all the rooms. Constantly have to do the potty dance until it's free. It depends on your needs but as for me I couldn't do it.
