Wonderful option when visiting Samui!

Fantastic property. Wonderful pool. Fantastic staff. And great food!

Room had a little age on it. But overall it wasn’t bad at all.

Schön aber langweilig

Die bequemen Betten und das schöne Zimmer

Die Unterkunft ist schon sehr abgelegen und drum herum gibt es auch am Strand nicht viel zu sehen. Ich war erschrocken über die Preise im Hotel.. Ich finde das Hotel ist den Preis nicht wert. Leider hat es mir nicht wirklich gut gefallen und würde auch nicht nochmal in dieses Hotel gehen.

Pretty nice stay

Nice stuff, room was okay

Deposit is annoying because they do not block the amount of 5000 Baht they charge it and refund it, which cause currency and exchange fees :-(

Bylo to nad moje očekávání. Pokud mě to situace dovolí, navštívim příští rok to samé místo a vyberu ten samy hotel. Získ

Luxusní hotel s překrásným bazénem, restaurací, apartmany, personal, jóga, masáže…. Při brzkém příjezdu se vas snazi ihned ubytovat nehledě na čas. Dekuji za takové místo. Nejvíc mě vždy potesilo, kdyz jsem se vratila na pokoj, a vse bylo krasne uklizene a čisté a pod umyvadlem voněla svíčka :)

Great resort but felt watched all the time ;)

Pool was great, staff friendly, breakfast amazing

The set up of the whole resort is a bit weird as your windows are facing the pool and all the other rooms. Feels like someone is watching you always, or as most of the people- we just kept the curtains closed at all times, leaving us without any windows.

Amazing stay, down to the very last detail.

From the minute we got in our taxi from the airport we were made so welcome. The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms, the grounds and the pool have been thought about carefully to cater for your every need. The staff were incredible with us and our young children to the point we felt comfortable letting our 11 month have cuddles with the staff while we ate breakfast. Every member of staff was great, so respectful and professional. They worked tirelessly in the background to ensure the hotel was clean, the grounds were kept tidy and even the greenery was kept perfect. This was all done without you really noticing. All in all a wonderful stay, highly recommend as a solo traveller, couple or family. We will certainly be revisiting.

If I had to be really picky, I would say our room could do with a little touch of paint to get rid of a few small scuff marks but that is it!

Tout était vraiment très bien !! Personnel, propreté, literie, confort et design des chambres, piscine, petit dej, rapport qualité/prix, …

La VMC de la salle de bain fait un peu de bruit lorsqu’elle est activée.

Clean, modern, excellent hotel! Well worth the money.

- clean, modern hotel - excellent attentive and helpful staff - we booked a tour and paid through Lanna reception (Mr TU Samui tour to Ang Thong National Park by speedboat) - the room had excellent reception for Wi-Fi - we enjoyed the pool - the smart tv was really cool and had apps like Netflix and YouTube etc - close to Bangrak beach and Samui airport; and in the middle of Chaweng and fisherman’s village

- can’t find a fault

Don't think twice and just go to this resort! its perfect in almost every way!

Loved the room, cleanliness, the super friendly staff that you can barely feel, and the top of the top - the beautiful design of the pool and outside space - feels just RIGHT.

AC was a bit weak and too noisy because it's old.

Exceptional

Beautiful rooms, beautiful surroundings & amazing staff. Free daily yoga, herbal steam room, gym and spa center. Good food, cocktails and fresh juices! Highly recommend.

home away from home with amazing staff and amazing comfortable rooms

I have spent 5 amazing nights at Lanna samui , I liked everything staff made me feel I’m home , I would like to thank Miha , puoy , bird all all staff are great . the room is clean too cozy to leave the room . the cafe is amazing with lots of food options and variety , what I like is that they have healthy choices too , housekeeping is 10/10 . the total atmosphere was pleasant and amazing , really wanted to stay more .

Did not meet expectations

Really nice pool, very friendly personnel, quiet location (if that's what you look for). The reception arranged a bike for me at good value, thx.

The room was simply worn out. It desperately needs renovation - permanent stains, scratches, ... everywhere. And that makes it feel not very clean either. We had a kitchenette, but no plates, forks, knives, cleaning things, pots ... complete empty cupboards. When we explained we needed utensils to eat a watermelon, they brought us a knife (that's it, no plates or anything and we had to clean up the kitchen with our bath towels too). This all was not to my expectations, and definitely not worth the money paid for.

Perfect place to stay in samui!

Very nice hotel, clean and the staff were super welcoming and friendly. We feel very comfortable and recommend this hotel!

Beach club they propose, you have to spend a huge amount of money to have sun beds , even just simple deckchair. And above all the beach was really dirty (plastic everywhere on the sand and in the water) for a chic beach club like this it’s a shame…

beautiful, modern hotel with excellent food and facilities

beautiful hotel with excellent clean and modern rooms. A stunning pool and bar area in the middle of the hotel. The food is particularly very good with a large and mixed menu - unlike most hotels. A really lovely place to stay on Samui.

the hotel is set back from the main road/area of Rangnak - so it can feel a little isolated especially if walking back late at night.

The lanna is managed by an english woman who has absolutely terrific legs.......just thought I would mention it

overall a good quality hotel

Room was nice, the pool area and grounds are really nice and the food was really good quality. The associated Chi beach club was pretty cool

All the ++ on everything ended up making it a bit expensive and the road it was on was not pleasant in the dark if you’re walking

Would recommend this hotel to anyone……an absolute peach…..would visit again and again and again

Not the best experience - especially not for the price

- Staff was friendly - Free late check-out

- construction work in the pool area (we were not notified about that. otherwise we would have booked a diffrent hotel) - room was not really clean and without being an expert, there seemed to be mold right beneath the aircondition - the room was full with mosquitos (we had not opened a window or anything) - transfer fees from the ferry port and to the airport are way to high (for example 300 bht for a 4 min drive from the ferry port to the hotel)
