The food in the restaurant was delicious, other than that everything was terrible

The room smelled awful, it was in the third floor and didn’t have an elevator it was extremely hard to get there, the WI-FI didn’t work at all even though we complained THREE TIMES! No sound isolation, the beds were very stiff, the pillows used clearly many times. The towels were dirty and we found bugs in the room!

The hotel is located very close to the city center, the staff is very friendly and they give you four different options of breakfasts you can choose (costs extra). The room was clean despite the hotel not being the newest in town.

Unfortunately the hotel despite having quite good reviews offer a very mediocre service to their guests. The bed's mattress was dented and thus very uncomfortable. Walls between rooms are super thin causing you to hear pretty much all of the conversations of any guests staying next to you. The bathroom was small with not enough place to comfortably use the toilet and the shower was missing some basic amenities such as a shower gel and/or a shampoo. On top of that, none of the WiFi networks available at the hotel seemed to work at all which makes it a complete disaster for people who work remotely and would like to stay at the hotel during the day.

This hotel need urgent renovations. You can definitely get a better place in Kalisz for the same money or less

A hotel that is still a bit stuck in the 1980's or 1990's, but it is still perfectly functional. I doubt there are many visitors to Kalsisz who need to stay in a hotel.
