Accomodation comfortable, location not far from the ski resort Kotelnica. Breakfast very good.
Missing door between two rooms in the apartment, but this is only small mistake :)

The hotel is lovely, cosy and spacious room as I booked a family room. The bathroom is large and very clean.
The breakfast is very good and lots to choose from. The service is excellent.
Overall, the place is good and I recommend it.
Perhaps some mild adjustments are needed:
THere is no wifi in the bedroom, where other area seamed to be fine.
There is no availability to make hot drinks in the room.
The hot water from the faucet in the bathroom is not working.
There is no lift, so be mindful.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! We loved the big room and the balcony and the extra storage for our ski gear was a great addition. Breakfast was exceptional with a wide section and lots of variety every day including some familiar foods and some more traditional Polish foods. The location is great for skiing, about a 5 minute walk to the chair lift or 2 minutes on the free bus if you have too much gear to walk. Lots of wonderful restaurants and bars nearby and the staff were super helpful and friendly including accommodating our late check in. Excellent value for money and the perfect stay, we will hopefully be back next year!!

Clean and tidy, great breakfast and the staff very friendly. Close enough to the ski slopes which was a bonus.

The hotel is small and cozy and has onsite parking. The rooms were spacious and nice. The staff were very friendly and flexible. The breakfast was varied and plentiful and delicious
The bathroom could have been cleaner. The beds were uncomfortable. No hot water in the shower. Rooms were a bit too hot and temperature control didn't work

Very nice hotel near city center and not far from the hot baths. Good parking, nice inside, friendly staff. Very, very good and tasty breakfast.
The property is near main street and traffic noise during the night was big. Wi-fi was not very good.

It's difficult when you can't express yourself in English.
Rather small bathroom.
