Beautiful, clean and super convenient! Owner was so easy and responsive to work with. Views are beautiful from the balcony. One flight of stairs to the beach and a short walk to the pool. Had a great stay!

Wonderful host!! Just the right size. Loved the amount of people on beach and in pool. Not overly crowded! Would definitely stay again!!

Kinda disappointed in this place. Owner was responsive about issues fast. But over all I think there needs to be better pictures of what to expect. The couch was very uncomfortable to sit on. There needs to be a coffee table in the living room. I spent over $1-k to stay three nights and was uncomfortable in the bed too. Niceties go a long way, we had to bring so much stuff I was bothered there wasn’t even wrapped bars of soap in the bathroom or even half a roll of toilet paper left. It says in amenities toilet paper, so I didn’t bring any. There was only one kcup left. After bringing all of our stuff up three flights of stairs I tore muscles in my arm and shoulder from the weight and was in pain going up and down the steps so many times. Keep in mind the first floor isn’t a floor. I thought a little restocking for how much people spend to stay here would be really appreciated, Especially since you have to bring all linens/blankets pillows, bathroom supplies. The sign to keep the air conditioning above 78 is insane to me, i would never have come here if I knew that, I need air conditioning! The walk way to the beach is not THAT close, it’s around a corner down a hall, down a flight of stairs and down another hall. I thought it was going to be right outside the door. The view is nice and coffee on the balcony is nice, we had dinner out there too. There’s just a lot of balconies who can see you and you can see them so it’s not a very open side to side view of the ocean. Really disappointed that the pool closes at 8pm, huge bummer me and my husband couldn’t enjoy the pool after dinner and maybe when children were off doing something else this place really needs to change that, the sun was still up at 8pm. All and all the place is alright if the stuff I have pointed out wouldn’t bother you. I do recommend the price per night is lowered to be worth staying here

First we didn’t get any information till two days before we were to arrive. When we arrived we were not aware there was no elevators it would have been helpful since we’re senior citizens. I had a very large suitcase I would have taken a smaller one if I had known. The front door was alway stuck and difficult to open and close. The bed was very uncomfortable along with the pillows. There was only one roll of toilet paper and we had to get our own. The toilet lid had to be held up by a small picture because it kept falling down. No internet and it took us forever to get the tv to work too many remotes. We couldn’t use the dishwasher because there was dishwasher detergent. We also we weren’t aware of the parking pass it wasn’t in our welcome packet. In the past I’ve had hosts that were always available we had no way to contact our host till we got there. We did have a wonderful view,

We enjoyed our stay. The beach is just a few steps away. It's very clean and spacious. My only thing was that the water in the bath would not drain fast enough, so there would be a puddle while showering, but it wasn't that much of a problem.

We usually stay at South end of the island but wanted to try something different. It’s beautiful on both ends but south end is still my favorite. The condo is exactly how the picture show. We had to bring our own linens. I also suggest bring your own pillows too. The only thing I could recommend is the mattresses could use some up dating. We loved going to the pool and the host always answered quickly. Would stay here again. Bring toilet!

Everything was great , except it wasn’t that clean when we got there. And the the major problem was the mattress on the queen bed…. It’s horrible 😩 sorry! The plastic …. Hard as a rock. And the coach mattress is get a little ruff too.

Nice but small property. Water in the shower/faucet was super hot without ability to adjust setting. Shower and sink drains were bearly functional. However, location is fabulous 😃😃

This property was a great fit for our family. The location offered easy beach access. We thoroughly enjoyed our time!

This place was perfect for a weekend getaway. The location is on the north end of the island which is much more peaceful and less crowded than down around surf city. The beach was just a short walk down the stairs from the condo. The condo was very clean and well kept. The host was super quick to respond to any question I had. Overall a great place to stay for a nice relaxing beach trip.

We really enjoyed ourselves here. Great communication. It was perfect size for our family of three. It was clean. The ocean view is wonderful and it was so quiet and peaceful. Great location for searching for sharks teeth and shells!

It was a pleasant trip. Kitchen had everything we needed. A bit tricky to bring towels and linens for 4, but it all worked out. The balcony was my fav spot. Great view of the waves. The bed wasn’t terribly comfortable, but everyone has their preferences. Could be fine for another family. The kids loved the bunk beds.

I really didn’t think about the potential change covid might have on rentals. “Bring your own linens now refers to pillows and blankets as well.” Owner very responsive and plans to add to details on listing. Location and owner were excellent. The only negative was the living room fold out mattress

The place and the view were spectacular. Nancy was awesome, quickly responding to any question I had! 10/10!!
