We enjoyed the hot tub & glad we requested it to be heated before we arrived. 1st evening was only just 32 & only able to stay in for 20min. The next day it was 40 & lovely

That it’s so near to the old hall next door to the left, they had 8 large suv type cars parked blocking your view of the countryside & the loudness from the guest partying next door woke us at 2am on the Saturday. Then to the right is a caravan with people living in it & they are refurbishing a old pavilion to the right so will have more guest accommodation next to this cottage. The cottage shower head is useless & water intermittently hot & cold Utensils not enough of, lounge chair broken, not enough tumbler type glasses, freeze placed on work top because fitted fridge frozen. This freeze every time you opened nearly feel off work tops, could be a accident waiting to happen. Cottage had a constant smell of damp, decking area & furniture old,

The location was great, hot tub was lovely and nice decor.

Cleanliness, needs a deep clean everywhere. Staff weren’t the friendliness on arrival. Lack of facilities for example no extra loo roll, kitchen roll etc.
