Acceptable as a cheap hotel for a short stay

Low price. Location close to peace memorial, convenience store and bus stop. Nice views.

The room has carpeted floor and everything looks old and not very clean, particularly the bathroom (hair on the floor). Uncomfortable bed. Audible outside noise. Far from the JR stations and main streets. Staff with poor English level.
