I booked the N apartment which is located at the top floor. The view from the terrace was beautiful. The apartment was clean and spacious. The location is 10/10 and the street is very quiet. In the morning you can buy delicious coffee and pastries just down the street. No parking but I found a spot in the street easily. plus it doesn’t cost much so it’s fine.

Location was excellent. Close to on/off buses, restaurants, shops, local food and wonderful for walking about.
Flight of stairs were a wee bit narrow but we also knew there were no elevators and this was minor.

Location superb and apartment cosy. Great communication with host.
As a self catering apt would have like some oven trays and a grill rack for oven. Also less than a full loo roll in bathroom when we got there...an extra would have been nice. No teatowel but got one as soon as we asked. A few other minor things that are easily rectified would have made our score a 10.

perfect location. near to everything but also not noisy at night time. Very clean and well kept. Everything you needed was included. a great information booklet explaining things. Amazing view from our balcony and loved hearing the chimes of Hallgrimskirkja. We even saw the northern lights from our balcony

location location location! this was in a fantastic spot for exploring the city. we were blessed with views of the auroras almost every night!
if you pack heavy, be prepared for a difficult journey up steep steps with your luggage.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable, a nice and warm retreat from the Icelandic winds.
The bathroom was spacious and clean with a very nice shower.
The coffee machine was a great addition and saved us some money at the expensive coffee shops.
A nice big bed with comfy pillows and blackout blinds in the bedroom, great for lie ins.
I don't have any real negative comments, would have been nice to have a shower mat in the bathroom, and slightly larger towels.

very likely house with a sweet kitchen and small balcony. everything was perfect about the home and the owner. I would recommend for my friends and rent again if I have the chance to visit again
you have to carry your luggage to the floor you’ve rent. there is no elevator.

Location was very central to downtown Reykjavik restaurants and stores. Parking was on the street, but there were spaces available most times of day. Cozy apartment with nice amenities.

The sofa in the lounge could have been a bit bigger as there was clearly space to fit a larger sofa. The double bed was 2 single beds stuck together, it may have been more comfortable if there was just one large double bed

The location of the Nest Apartments was great - close to my two favorite bakeries! Most of what I wanted to do and see was within a 15 minute walk. My particular apartment had a balcony with a great view of Reykjavik Harbor.
I am not as young as I used to be (none of us are, I guess), so having a top floor apartment was a little tougher on my old knees. I knew that when I booked my stay so I really can't complain. Other than that, I loved the place!

it was perfectly located for access to restaurants and town but not down in the very center. it had a lovely view over the fjord and mountains and was just perfect for a family of 4
the fact you needed to pay for parking and there is little space to park. we ended up not renting a car mainly because it would have been stressful to figure out parking each day

The apartment is clean, modern and well-appointed. Everything we needed available. We walked everywhere, eating out when we wanted and preparing food in as well.
My 6’5” husband had to be mindful of the eaves not to hit his head. It is well arranged so that isn’t a problem. We loved it all.

The apartment was fantastic - really comfortable and well equipped and in the perfect location. We loved the views from the rear of the property and it was great to be so close to the bus stop, church and main street. We had a great coffee shop and bakery at the end of the road as well as various bars, shops and restaurants very close. It was also wonderful to be so close to Sundhollen pool with its rooftop hot tubs - perfect for our first evening after a long day travelling. Björn was really helpful in advance. We had an amazing time and hope to come back soon!

Location is awesome and right downtown. neighborhood was super noisy due to construction that was ongoing. Appartement is nicely equipped.
