The place is described as an apartment; we would consider it a converted basement. One bedroom has 1 locked window and side door connected to the neighbours; the other bedroom window opens onto to a wall with the bathroom window on the left and a window looking hole on the right. The whole place is very dark and gets very little ventilation. The description says there is an oven; this is in fact a microwave. Initial contact with the property was difficult and not very friendly.

Close to the beach

This is more a dungeon than an apartment. The place has only one real window. The garden/terrace is very small and narrow. The address where to pick up the key is not available nor in the car‘s gps nor in google maps so it was quite difficult to find.
