Very kind and helpful host, location next to the beach 2min walk

Garden Apartment, No 9 Nice south facing garden with a good BBQ. Beds Comfortable. A very good location for beaches and restaurants.

Kitchen area sadly lacking. We would have liked a kettle, toaster, wine glasses and beer glasses. No basics such as salt, pepper, oil, herbs. Nothing. Living area sparsely furnished. Freezer compartment had not been defrosted for a long time. Thick with ice. Fridge door will not hold bottles as the full wine bottle proved as it smashed on the floor. Bathroom needs attention. Shower partially blocked, plug in sink does not work, shower curtain dirty and socket for washing machine very dodgy. Towels very thin and could almost be seen through. Why no top sheets on the two single beds? No tea towels. The two bedrooms have hardly any natural light. They are semi-basement rooms. Garden area a sun trap. A couple of loungers would have been nice. Umbrella available but no base to hold it. Wifi reception poor and only allowed 2 appliances for signing up. There is only one way out of the apartment and that is through the door. We had trouble with the locks and it once took us ages to eventually open the door from the inside. The locks seem to be at the end of their lives. If one had to exit quickly in an emergency…. We decided not to lock the exterior iron gate at night. It is a shame, as spending a modest amount of money could have made this apartment so much better. Come along, owners, you could do better. A little effort and it would have been 9 points

location not to far from beaches

Simple, nothing cosy

The location is super. Very near to the beach. There is a grocery nearby too and restaurants in the beach side. The apartment is fine, clean and quiet neighborhood. I arrived early and the lady whose cleaning was kind to let me stay in the garden.

The table in the dining room is small for 5 persons and their are only 4 chairs and we were 5. But we manage to get the chair in the terrace. The first day all the lights and electricity went down inside the apartment but the host explained what to do so after everything was fine. There is poor wifi connections. The correct address was only given when I was already on the site. It was not the same one noted here in booking.com but it was just on the other street.

Giulia is a good host, she responds the requests almost immediately. The house is enough for 6 people. The air conditioners are working properly and everything was cleaning when we got there. The neighbourhood is extremely quiet, really nice for children. The house is located 2 min by foot to a really beautiful and quiet beach.

The kitchen is not well equipped. There’s no microwave, no wine glasses, no sheets for dishes, there’s a few pans. I suggest that you leave at least a bottle of water for your guests, mainly when they arrive late.
