Pleasant and Comfortable stay 😁

Central location close to seafront shops Restaurants & Bars within walking distance. Clean and modern room. Walk in spacious shower. Plenty tea coffee and biscuits on arrival. Debbie and Mike the hosts are lovely and friendly 😁 And to top it all Breakfast really nice and plenty of choice 👍🏻 What more can you ask for? Would recommend to anyone staying in St Annes. Nothing negative to say. Really positive and pleasant stay.

Continental breakfast included with plenty of choice and cooked breakfast on request for an additional charge. On site parking and a short walk to the town or the sea.

The Hollingworth Hotel (Lytham st annes)

Where to start.. from the minute we booked with Deb and Mike, they made us feel extremely welcome. Emails and phonecalls to check on what we would require. Being our first holiday with our little baby, we were extremely anxious and worried about how she would settle. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted with open arms. We were made to feel at ease instantly. The room was perfect it felt like a home from home. Spacious and comfortable, and they made sure the cot was nice and comfortable for Amelia. Rooms were far enough appart that you couldn't hear other guests or they hopefully couldn't hear our little girl if she cried. They had 2 cats lilo and stitch, which made it even more like home. :D instantly made me smile. The hotel itself is lovely. We loved it. The little complimentary teas and coffees and hot chocolates in the room. There were lots of bath towels, which was ideal. A hairdryer in the room and hangers !!!! Hangers are one thing I dont often see in a hotel. I've been to plenty where you are expected to leave them in suitcases. The room was spotless and very well looked after. Amelia settled immediately and to know our little girl was happy, and content meant the world to us. One evening after we had arrived back, amelia was a little upset... Deb instantly got her some toys and gave her some snuggles, which i felt was so lovely and just reiterated how lovely the 2 of them are. We sat in the lounge, and they put Bluey on for her (another lovely touch). i could honestly go on and on about this place. everything was spot on. The breakfast was probably one of the best we've ever had. Made fresh, and everything was cooked to perfection. We honestly struck gold with the Hollingworth, and we are already planning our next visit. I would highly recommend staying here.

We couldn't fault the place !!! There is absolutely nothing we would change about our stay other than us booking for longer, which we intend to do next time. We came away feeling like we had gained 2 friends. We can't wait to go back and see the cats,the children, and Deb and Mike again.

Nice central location.

Excellent location for our Golf Trip to play at Lytham. Mike and Debbie were great hosts , everything was clean and tidy and the breakfast was excellent. Highly Recommend this B&B

Heatwave happy.

Fantastic owners. They couldn't do enough for us during a very hot heatwave, even lending us their own dyson fan ( not cheap) ...lovely stay amazing people. 👏

Gem of a place.

Lovely place to stay. Welcoming host. Great location. The whole place was exceptionally clean with a very comfortable room which was upgraded on arrival at no extra cost complete with a variety of beverages and biscuits. Great choice of breakfast. Very good value for money. A great first experience staying here. Would definitely return and recommend 😁

A home from home. Excellent property. Lovely hosts and can’t fault anything

Opted for cooked breakfast at £5 per head. Glad we did. Tasty and plentiful and cooked to order. Perfect location (with on site parking) for the center of St Anne’s, nearby Latham and Blackpool. Although situated on main road the rooms were quiet and relaxing. My partner has walking difficulties and the lovely hosts upgraded us to two first floor rooms (for my partner and I plus two granddaughters) rather than the family room we had booked on the second floor. Chair lift to the first floor which was greatly appreciated and a godsend.

location fabulous Mike and Debbie lovely host’s . the breakfast was yummy and plenty of selection and you can get cooked breakfast for a extra payment

stairs for me we’re a nightmare even though you can use the stairlift for 1 flight because of my mobility in hindsight I would definitely book a different room next time .

A lovely stay in a lovely place.
