About this condo rental
Spacious 3BR condo located on the 17th fairway of Pinehurst Resort and Country Club's Course No. 5! Master bedroom has a King and a Queen bed as well as an en suite bathroom with a brand new granite double vanity. The Master shower has also been converted to a beautiful tile shower. The second and third bedrooms have 2 full beds in each. Hardwood floors are easy to clean/maintain and provide a hypoallergenic atmosphere throughout the condo. Enjoy the amazing views of the golf course from the well-furnished back deck. TVs in Living Room as well as every bedroom. The Living Room and Master Bedroom have Smart TVs so you can stream movies and events from your Netflix/Hulu/etc. accounts. Standard drip coffee maker in home. Parking is first come, first serve. Home is located on the second floor and does require steps. *Non Smoking Community

Nice/convenient Condo
We (4 of us) stayed in Pinehurst 8-9 days for a golf tournament and vacation. Condo was just as pictured really. Property manager arranged for us to stay an extra day very easily since the property wasn't booked. We enjoyed hanging on the balcony and playing cards and Golfopoly game. The main upgrade I'd say is that the couches were not comfortable to sit and watch a movie or hang on. Completely worn out....had boards under cushions to keep it from completely collapsing when you sat on them. Deck was nice. Neighbors were nice, and overall, we enjoyed our stay.

I was told that we were the first people to rent this unti from the new owner. My advice to the new owner, and the rental agency is that a lot needs to be addressed. It wasn't well cleaned when we moved in [and we were there for more than 6 weeks]; there was an absence of insect control and nothing was done during the time we stayed there; there is a serious issue with the Washer/Dryer that was addressed a couple of times but not solved and it is inoperable as-is; Tood, the property manager, is very nice and has good intentions, but he fails to keep his commitments and does not follow thru; and the living area is extremely dark and needs much more lighting; and the chests in the two smaller bedrooms are very poor. Drawers do not work correctly; and one of the TV's never worked while we were there. Sorry to sound so critical and only trying to offer advice and a heads up on a number of things.

We had a death in the family and needed somewhere to stay for a week with family. Perfect place to come home to after taking care of my mother in-law's house. Everything was lovely except for one thing. The deck was filthy. Covered in pollen and the bees were awful. We had to scrub everything before we could enjoy the deck. Other than that, it was nice.

Very pleased overall with our experience. Nice unit in a good location. We walked to the course a few times. It only took about 10 minutes. The furniture and beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. My only very minor complaint was the toiletries. I have rented dozens of vrbo’s and it’s the first time I can recall needing to bring my own soap and shampoo. I’d rather be charged an extra dollar a day and have that provided.

Clean and Comfortable
We had a great visit to the Pinehurst area. The condo is located in the middle of the many golf course options in the area. The condo was perfect for our needs. Updated, clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for a family of four with older children who don't want to share a bedroom. We had everything we need to eat in easily. Would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I own a property managed by Sandhills Rentals. It has been booked solid and I have not been able to visit Pinehurst for some time. As a father's day gift my wife reached out to Sandhills and booked this trip for me. The home overlooks the 16th fairway of Pinehurst #5. It is a great location. The unit was modern, clean and we had a great time.
