The localization is absolutely perfect. The apartment is very clear and comfortable. Also the communication was good from the reservation till the last day we’ve stayed there. Highly recommended.

We have been second time in the Foscolo. The appartments are very nice, functional and perfectly located in the city. Booking and checkin process were very smooth, as well as communication was very good. We plan to stay in 2020 again at Foscolo, it’s a great place.

If you prefer to stay in the center of the recreation area as Viareggio, everything is on the place and next door, to the beach 10 minutes, restaurants all around. Parking in Zone B - Via Ugo Foscolo and direction to the colonnade, for 20 € per week is excelent (except for free space on the weekend and in dinner time). The staff is dear, although we only met at check-in and check-out.

The window in the bedroom on the ground floors cannot be opened normally to the noisy main street. That means, you live in the dark. The little yard in summer weather is useless and you can hear the sounds of the neighboring apartments. For 12 nights we got one pair of towels and one roll of toilet paper. From the indicated 55 meters area count are about 10 m2 bedroom and about 20m2 room with sofa bed and flat TV. The yard and kitchen are narrow and poorly ventilated.
